Not sure if this may help, but I know Yardinflatables an inflatable distributor does sell backup fans that if you can find a way to attach to worn inflatables it can help them inflate stronger. However, not sure if power output is a concern. I modified 2 this year in my Fourth of July display, and they did pretty well compared to just with the original fan. I do understand it’s an extra investment, but you can prologue aging inflatables life spans that way.

You can always flex seal & replace broken fans from your christmas inflatables
Also If you store them in warm rooms than that will destroy the fabric so always store somewhere colder like a basement
After the inflatable was out of hot storage, it won’t be inflating fully when plugged in for first time.
