Slow down your wire speed and increase your voltage. And when underneath welding, push the puddle and increase wire speed. Aside from that. Perfect install
Thanks Bill, you answered a lot of questions since my stang came with the main bar welded in and I have no drop down bars or tabs or hardware, so now I see whats going on, I think I can figure it out now. You rock dude

When you weld on the tube it bends the tube. I work in a machine shop we use heat shrinking and WELD to straighten a bent tube of any size and wall thickness. Take a piece of tubing set it in V blocks check it with a dial indicator then weld on it re-indicate it
PS. A friend of mine 25 years ago had the rear end in his road race car got bent you had to pound the axles in on on side we used weld and shrink to straighten it. When we were done both axles would fall in. The next comment is mine also it is related to this one.
Nice part but it seems the bearings are not serviceable, ever, unless you cut the brackets out essentially ruining the part. Perhaps they will last a very long time?????
Hey man I have a 2005 mustang 4.0.. my o/d sensor keeps flashing once I hit 60 mph but I push the button and the car still responds to it.. can it be just the sensor that is messed up?

I thought before you welded the tabs on the diff, the diff was supposed to be at ride height, it looked like the diff is hanging?

This is meant for drag use, not street use, so the bearings will last a long time given the amount of use they will see.

I had to put one in my 84 , only bad part is , no room to run the axle backs :( its loud in the car now
There have been a few customers who have posted custom tail pipes they had made to work with the bar.

Find someone that does. Must be welded in. I installed my Complete UPR Chromemoly Front and Rear Suspension about 12 Years Ago, Works Great.

With the bars and the lower links almost in a strait line Ya might as well just put a piece of metal straight from the axle to the frame...
