Binge watching Ray after missing it the 1st go round, (and in prep for the movie) I have fallen for not only Ray the character, but Liev, the real person. If my spouse only knew how many times I have paused an episode just to admire him.. He epitomizes the term 'tall, dark and handsome.' His true acting talent and intellect has me even more taken with him. I cannot think of one thing that I do not like about this man. He deserves every bit of his wealth and fame-and then some! What great timing he has. One of the requisites of stage acting is being able to allow for the minor changes which will happen from one performance to the next. An actor makes a mistake and you have to not react, so you put in a bit of business to get over it. Or someone pauses to long or steps on a line, or gets distracted by something off stage. I haven't seen "Ray Donovan" by in everything I have seen him in he has great presence, timing and he doesn't try to upstage the other actors. A true pro.

Ray Donovan might be my favorite show of all time. It made u feel like part of the family. When somthing happened to any kne of em u felt it and wanted it to be fixed. Lol. It ended pretty wack. Cus it made u want more but ive read that there will be nomore ray donovan. My wife and i binge watched on showtime recently. All 7 seasons in less than a month. Lol. Great fuckin show. Bring it back!!!!!!!!!!

I did not expect Liev Schreiber to be so hysterically funny. Stephen brings out the best in people like that.
As far as I'm aware, the Irish Colberts (and therefore Stephen's family) are descended from French Huguenots who fled to Ireland to escape persecution around the 1600s. The 't' is pronounced here!

It's amazing the contrast of seeing him relaxed, off the character, and the heavy troubled sociopath that Ray is. Also, I liked him in the Woody Allen movie.
