The idle is too low. A single cylinder with a short stroke and automatic decompressor is preferably kept at 1200 rpm per minute when idle. The engine runs best with the original exhaust. If you want a little more power, replace the Keihin carburetor with a flat-slide Mikuni. And retains the original exhaust!! A noisy exhaust gives the impression of generating extra power, but nothing could be further from the truth.
You make it sound like I’m a scumbag but that’s literally not the case nor is that what i said. She had the bike listed too high I offered her my realistic offer. Plus I had no idea what the situation was until I met her. The bike was listed for months clearly it wasn’t selling.
@@OsakaMotorcycleTours For sure thanks, I just wanted to clear the confusion because taking advantage of someone is the last thing I want to do. Have a good one!
Love the GB. Was def in my list back in the day. What I miss more though is having a cb750k again 😂
Yah the cb750 is a very nice machine that’s for sure.

The carb is tuned on my other bike with bigger jets so it’s definitely faster. Noticeable faster.

Super awesome bikes. Hard to find tho
Nice, twice!
Thank you
It was her dead husband's bike and you lowballed it? Yikes.

On top of that I couldn’t tell the bike’s condition and I was making a 4 hour drive one way risking my whole day and gas for it. So no “yikes”
@@navscycles Fair enough, I apologize.
@@navscycles Glad it was in such great condition and you are so happy with it. Enjoy it.
