Couldn't agree more, without a doubt the greatest year in wwe history. I doubt it'll ever be topped either. I mean, the last 3 ppvs kinda sucked and so did mania but the rest of the year was too good to even downgrade it for that reason. True fact - channel 4 is the biggest TV channel in the UK. I suppose its the same as CBS?. You didn't need cable, just an aerial, free TV. Channel 4 signed a 3 year deal with vince to show 4 ppvs a year. Royle rumble 2000 was the first to be shown. I still have my tape that I recorded with live :) so rumble 2000 has a very special place in all the hearts of uk wrestling fans. Ppvs shown on channel 4 in 2000 2000 - rumble, backlash, fully loaded and I think Armageddon? Unfortunately, the deal ended on bad terms and just stopped showing the events. Channel 4 owned the rights to show but didn't which caused Armageddon 2003 to not be shown in uk at all. Not even sky sports were allowed to air it. At the time it seemed bad but I honestly don't think we missed much with that show 😄😄
It's interesting to hear about the deal with chann 4. I have a special place for WM 2000, as was my first WrestleMania i watched live. I dont remember much from No Mercy aside for Kurt Angle winning the WWF Title. Survivor Series was ok, but a fairly weak show. Armageddon is only really remembered for Miss Kitty and 6 man HIAC. Also watched Live. So i have a love hate thing for most of 2000
Two of these where the star of my dvd collection summer and king of the ring
That was my year i was born
I got 5 of these on DVD it's worth every penny!!!
Hell yeah. They only release 5 to dvd thats why
Been awhile since I've heard someone mention they forgot to rewind a VHS tape. lol.
The old days lol
Awesome collection and video

what is that behind the unforgiven logo
It's Been 20 Year's Ago WWF Was Kicking WCW Ass & ECW Was Going Down Hill
That's crazy man. 2000 was one of the best years in the WWF
I also have to do an updated version of this year with rebellion and insurrextion
i sold all my wrestling vhs's and dvds and now 18 years later i look back with so much regret as i had the majority of these.
I've never got rid of my VHS I'm happy I've kept them
Rad collection
Great look at 2000! It’s funny, I burned out that Unforgiven tape back in the day. I was obsessed with that show!
It was a great time to be a fan.
Was there a rebellion 2000?
Yea I didn't have it when I made this video.
King of the ring 2000 DVD is a very rare hard to find dvd. I managed to find a copy on DVD at warehouse music many years ago.back In 2012

@@teniellehardwidge5285 awesome
@@danielsantana540 thanks
Why is it they didnt release all of the 2000 ppvs on VHS and dvd
Im guessing they just wanted to see how well they sold. DVDs were still new in 2000
