You make it look so easy but the ‘computer bit’ would be my stumbling block. I learn what I need to know, to do what I want to do, on my iPhone, iPad, or PC. I’m a card maker and you are talking my language today. I use dies and a BigShot where you are using a Cricut to make flowers. I use my tweezers, an old mouse pad and ball stylus to contour the flat die cuts. It’s fun to use die inks with small sponges to color the pieces. I’m in my happy place when I “play in my paper” whether making a birthday, anniversary or whatever card it may be 😊 a dab of hot glue on the end flat piece of your rose and if you have a silicone mat to work on, it’s the perfect base to create the rose. PS: if you have a silicone hot pad for kitchen you can purpose it for this craft on the downlow😮

Great idea for birthday gift embellishment. Our granddaughters' birthdays are coming up, they'll be 7 and 4. Avalon and Scarlet ❤. I laughed when I saw you foraging in the woods for sticks...I did the same thing looking for birch branches for a Christmas evergreen planter. My son came looking for me because he thought I had fallen. It takes time to find the right branch when you have to climb over downed trees and go around puddles. Lol😅

These are really cute ideas. I noticed you used a hibiscus flower. There's also a cherry blossom that I've used in the past that turns out super cute too!
If u want them to stand out a bit more against ur wallpaper, you cud add a darker pink or red stamp, or darker colour blusher on a brush to just the edges of each 🌸 lovely btw, will be doin this, at some point defo 😍

I got into making silk flowers some years ago, making a bunch of Gladioli for my mum as those are her favourites, once you starch the silk, its amazing how easy it is to colour the pieces then form the flowers after that - I'd like to try Cherry Blossom in future.

That looks absolutely adorable! You can cut out the 6 a few more times, then stack and glue to the back for a little more stability.

I did the same with Cherry blossom on real branches but made the flowers with polymer clay. 😊
Did cherry blossoms from spray painted pop corn. Glued to the branches. Good job.
