Fact is: Zion can beat anyone in any “ arm strength based” game, as his power/weight ratio at least doubles than his normal counterparts, but it doesn’t mean legs are useless, in terms of speed and range coving sports. The whole point that makes him legend is his psychological power and determination, which inspire all of us to cherish what we have now and to be a better/stronger person. Love this man.

He is not able to stabilize using his legs (while getting up the rope). And he cannot stop to gather energy using legs, falling down would be really bad.

I am completely amazed at what you can do and the determination you have to keep going and to push your self harder I'm 58 and haven't climbed a rope since high school some years ago I realized that although my job keeps me in shape I lost the mussel needed to climb rope and go hand over hand across a bar last time I tried it felt like my arm was going to rip out of my shoulder I tried Chin ups and got a hernia and I got joint pain in my wrist and some times my fingers but when I see you I think I should keep trying to climb rope again

Keep reading. This isn't an insult. What I meant was, he made this challenging disability into a good thing and well, become famous! He probably wouldn't be famous because his life would be VERY different. Different conversations, situations, interactions, decisions, mental thought train/personality, etc.
He might have also had an even better life with legs. Who knows?
He could have very well been an average joe in life and we will never know. That doesn't matter though. He made his dreams come true by persevering and chasing his goals. THAT'S how I see it. God bless him and may he know that there are people out there that don't see his disability as inferior.
