Beltane is a festival of Gaelic (Scottish) origin meaning the end of the dark season (autumn/winter) and the beginning of the light season (spring/summer)! The Sabbath or Witches' Night, Sunday May 1st. Beltane is a very special festival in the Celtic tradition, and winning the heart of a woman after the deer hunt was a privilege. I don't like hunting, but I like the symbol of the mating season. Beautiful month of May, with a soft sun, and joy in the heart. I like this version, at night, sublimated by the wind, by the crackling of the fire, the contrasts of darkness, the shadows and the vivid colors of the flowers. And then, this ornament makes me think of some painting by Arcimboldo. A marvelous fire, as if the magic operated, delivering red, flamboyant, russet flames, like a long hair rising towards the sky or, more judiciously, breathtaking flames. The Full Moon, by a little black is hidden, maybe it's the end of the Full Moon and the beginning of a descent towards a black moon. The shadows, shades, vibrances, shades of mauve, the country, country, bucolic combinations are the happiest: everything is warm, shimmering, sparkling, representing life. The cinders seem to join the little stars, the candles and theirs are warm gold. Is it a blue eyed wolf flame dog crowned with some garland of daisies? ! Fascinating.The candles sublimating the beach: I only see them now. My eyesight is very bad. I apologize : )) Wow! What fascinates me are the multitude of dark colors that harmonize idyllically, the baskets of flowers, that famous wolf dog, perhaps a huskie that causes a sensation with those eye blinks and his piercing gaze! Yum yum: I love your cupcakes, exquisite gourmet attention. I like the head of the buffalo or another discovery in the first work. The wind happily caresses the wind chimes, together they play and give crystalline and joyful tinkling, clicking sounds. Gusts and gusts of wind envelop me entirely. Sometimes, we no longer know if it is the sound of the sea swell that the wind brings back. In the distance, everything merges into exhilarating shades of darkness. I liked everything. Colors, splendors, life, darkness, shadows where one tries to guess, death. Unforgettable : )) Little rainbow pennants in a triangle, light smoke, so thin you could read a newspaper through it. Loose, stringy mists, which play serpentines through the procession which revolves around the residences, calling the good people to join them, and then, it goes further. Superb the sounds that the wind brings us in fulgurance, everything is furtive, the sound of the voices, among others. Let's run to pick the pig and the guilledou. The evening version is my preference: so many mysteries, soft magic, everything moves, springs up in some procession or in the dance! Refined elaboration that rests the eye. The dark, the darkness in the distance is a remedy where to relax his eyes! The bright, warm, shimmering colors and glows are very soothing. I love these beautiful scenes you create. They are so pleasing to the senses. I am also learning so much about these celebrations. I'm always inspired to learn more by comments on the videos. I imagine my ancestors participating in these festivals and rituals. Learning about history is cool but I'd rather know about the common folk, working the fileds and living their day to day lives, celebrating, loving raising families. That's the richness of our histories. And yes, I realize many people still celebrate and practice this today. For me, I just relate this to my European ancestors.
Extraordinary work. Love how the sound of the ocean seemingly occasionally becomes more prominent. And other sounds sometimes become more prominent and/or come onto the scene (like the wind chimes). Creates a more dynamic experience.
I couldn't quite figure out how to express those points, well articulated. It really helps break up a lot of the monotony of the soundscape compared to most other ambiences, makes it more realistic and soothing.
Awesome and unique combination of Spring coupled with the ocean. I have a special place in my heart for this celebration as it signals to me that my birthday is just around the corner and May is my favorite month of the year, 2nd only to October! I'm very much a Spring baby with a deep reverence for the Goddess, Persephone. Top notch soundtrack. Love the variety, especially the distant drums! I just have an iPhone but I will set it up on the end table next to my chair facing me in the mornings while I’m having coffee or set it up on the kitchen table while I’m preparing the evening meal and back onto the end table at night to relax. My home consists of 3 dogs 1 cat and me. My Furbabies really relax and enjoy the audio part but I look over at the screen and am transported to this snapshot in time of another world. It’s a small portal, I am in 2 places at one time..Magickal indeed!✨
