  • Australia is known for it's beautiful beaches, and as we travel Australia in our self-converted 4x4 Sprinter Van, we have loved driving onto the beach to hang out for the day.
South Australia's Limestone Coast has some beautiful beaches, and although at the beginning of our visit we didn't have great weather, finally the sun came out and we enjoyed a perfect afternoon and sunset by the town of Robe.
Will we finally see the return of the Nigel Dive?

Oh it was such a relief after the crappy weather we’ve been having. It’s amazing how much the sun affects my mood.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful - you lucky buggers! No Nigel dive at that biblically name beach - well, he could have been innovative and done a Nigel belly flop for a change. Loved it, thanks

Loved the drone footage of the obelisk! Stunning!! Great to have another Nigel dive, although I must admit the little dance into the water was almost more entertaining 🤣 He is just like my hubby - no thinking ahead to get a towel out beforehand... 🤪Great shot of the giant lobster eating the van 🦞

Great vid again. Half way through watching now. Some of those beaches look beautiful. Something magical about walking out to lighthouses for a visit too. By the way, I love all your drone shots, especially when you get it to follow the van. Can I ask what drone do you have? ….and do you fly it manually when following the van or is it on a following mode?
I’ve got the DJI mini3 pro & always feel nervous about getting it to follow me. Interested to know how you do it.
Keep those vids rolling showing us these great adventures and beautiful spots.
    Safe travels
    Dennis & Debbie 😃👩👍

Hi Dennis and Debbie, Yeah this was a great couple of days, we always love being by the beach.
Its funny you ask about the drone following the van shots. I find it so stressful as I film manually while Nigel drives. Our drone is a Mavic Mini (just the first model) so it doesn't have the follow function. Its actually really hard to keep in a straight line, and sometimes the bloody thing loses connection!
I think Santa Claus might bring us a mini 3 pro for Christmas this year if we are very good. haha.
Thanks again for watching, we appreciate you being here.

@@nigelandsueadventures I really enjoy watching your adventures. I’m not quite as adventurous as you two but do have a 2 wheel drive Motorhome and plan on doing lots of travel in about 18 months when my wife retired snd I semi retire and start using up my long service.
Back to drones. I have the mini 3 pro that I love. I upgraded from the mini 2. I wasn’t sure if I should but I’m so glad I did.
The big differences that made the upgrade worth it are
      1. The built in screen in the remote- no more connecting if needing your phone UNREAL.
      2. The “Plus Batteries” These give me 45 minutes of fly time which is also unreal. I never seem to have to worry about running low when flying anymore.
      3. The “Active Track, follow me, quick shots, and master shots seem good. I’m only just starting to play around with them all just now and they seem really good. This is what made me ask you about drones thinking you may have the 3 pro as well.
The range seems slot better too snd I’ve actually found that you can fly several kms away without losing connection.
I think definitely pay that little more and get the inbuilt screen in the remote.
Sometimes I carry the drone in one of my hoody pockets and the remote in the other. Push both buttons on and away you go leaving the mobile phone behind.
Anyway safe travels and keep the vids rolling 😃👍
