Uhh Cap, I've never fully known your medical issues but I don't like that bucket list talk early on. ❤ Thank you for all of what you've done for this community.
Hey Cap, I'm really sad to hear that you might be considering leaving TH-cam. I have to admit that your channel is one of the few that I check every day for updates. I consider you the standard in DCS gameplay and reenactments. All the best to you and your family and you have my prayers.
Yeah, I hope it’s that and not something more serious. I know they’ve tried putting content on Rumble but I guess it just doesn’t have the traffic/profile as a platform. What about TH-cam channel memberships…
Just FYI Cap, HMAS Sydney (one of the Hobart Class) has test fired SM-6 as of last month. Although still not deployed to the entire class, so you've probably got it just about right.
Cap, all love and support to you from South Essex. Can you confirm your bucket list comment was just about monetisation? Got a lot of fans caring for you bud.
I just wanted to say, I hope everything is Okay. I don't even play this game and, I thoroughly enjoy your videos and commination and always look forward to your next video. Thank you for the relaxing, funny and educational entertainment.
Hey CAP, first time posting a comment but I’m a regular watcher of your videos down here in Australia. I love and really enjoy all your videos and wanted to wish you all the best with your ongoing health issues. Keep doing what you love mate! 👊
Everyone has already said it; bucket list. I just stated watching you about a year or so ago. You mission briefs are Mark Felton Caliber. Your scenario work is great. Like everyone else, is it a demonetization issue? Is it health p0r0a0y0e0r0s if you need them. :( Please let us know!
I notice the chinece fire their SAMs at an extremely slow rate. That's why they get overwhelmed. Compare that to how rapidly the Australian ships fired theirs. Maybe there's a bug with the chinece ships ? Because they fire their AShM stupidly slow as well.
You hanging up the gloves? On a further note, i hope you ignored my selfish advise back when asked about getting sick taking care of the kids at your local church (i think). Hope you spent loads of time there helping those around you and brought as much joy to them as you have for your valued viewers. Thank you valued provider. P.S. a lot of illness has accelerated in the last few yesrs for some reason.
Cap, as a Australian, and massive navy nerd, I find this pretty well simulated. Idk if you have them but modelling a maritime patrol aircraft would be great and possible change the battle. Also model US B2's that are currently constantly stationed at Austraila, also IDK if you can but also model our Submarines and Helicopters which can be ASW or Anti Ship. Thank you and keep pushing on because I will always support you no matter what condition attempts to stop you. and Hi Boys!
Cap...if you must step down, thanks for all of the OUTSTANDING military videos Mate.....you kept me sane through out some of the darkest hours of my life going on right now!...
Nice cap but we all know there is a big difference between printed/published stats and performance versus real life, tried true and tested performance. I honestly do not believe China would perform at half of what they state there abilities are.
not sure if its still about but some Spanish guys did the Spanish Juan Carlos LHD (Canberra class) mod which includes a mod for the F100/Hobart class DDG last time I ran it it worked ok...
I was thinking about this scenario after the last video and came up with an idea, a bad self sacrificing idea but what can I say, I’m Kiwi. Say a Chinese carrier group was parked right there. 400kms behind the carrier group in a straight line from Darwin is Timor Leste, a country that won’t say no to Australian support. I’d make it a bit of a regular run with say multiple Hercules dropping off supplies to Timor from Darwin and the Chinese would probably go for it. Then on one trip in the middle of the night, send up a Wedgetail first, load Rapid Dragon into the Hercules (if it fits and with American help) deploy it all out the back (along with the flight crew) and prey the surprise sinks the Fujian. Yeah low chance of survival, it’s nuts and you’d never get the Chinese to allow you to fly directly over head, but still. NZ just retired their remaining Hercules, so some volunteer planes there potentially.
Ah! A rematch! Love it! But I'm kicking myself as a couple of weeks ago I was gonna ask for the Australia Hobarts to be retrofitted with NSM, as the HMAS Sydney was photographed at RIMPAC firing NSM. Not that it would be useful in this engagement, but maybe future engagements?
As well as no Australian P8s and subs, which in reality would be harassing any invading Navy at super long range (though Australian sub fleet will be struggling a bit until they lease the Virginias), most Western analysts thing the proposed Chinese catapult system is impossible, electirmagnetic cats on a diesel ship, so they might be restricted to their ski jump carriers for a while
Australia is an isolated continent, so is there strategic value in having the air base so far inland from Darwin? Just seems like an unnecessary amount of mileage to fly to defend a coastal city.
Cap. Like others in the comments I hope things get better. Talk of a bucket list is something that is a bit worrying. But I've got a bucket list and half of it can't be done.
I'm assuming it's complete coincidence that hypohystericalhistory just released a 6 hour video on Australia's theoretical strategies against a Chinese Naval invasion, but it's an insane one
I've been told that China doesn't have AWACs that have the range to support such an attack as they don't have a carrier launched AWACs. I'm not sure how true that is, but I'm curious about how the attack would have gone without AWACs. Poorly for the Red Force I'd expect
the cost is so messed up. China would have lost that 052, and Australia wouldn't have lost those extra 20 F-35. China needs to add 10 J-15's to the losses and the Australian losses of ships probably don't cost as much as the destroyers and cruiser representations. I bet it was more like cost to China 16-20 Billion and 10-12 Billion to Australia
Australian F-35s don't have the Sidekick modification in real life. Sidekick will only be installed on Lot 15 and later F-35s, which aren't what were delivered to Australia. Also, the Chinese ships didn't fire all the AShMs they carry in game (They should have 112, 24 on each of the 2 Type 055s and 16 on each of the 4 Type 052Ds) and were once again carrying land attack missiles that they couldn't use in the battle.
Uhh Cap, I've never fully known your medical issues but I don't like that bucket list talk early on. ❤ Thank you for all of what you've done for this community.
Could be talking about monetization issues. Or both.
Bucket list ????
Are you doing okay Super Cap ????🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Bucket List ? Is everything alright ?
Cap, you're the only bloke that could make me sit and watch missiles shooting down missiles for 45 minutes on a regular basis. Thank you! 🤣
OMG I didn't even relise until I saw your comment

Erm 3:03 bucket list?
Ya that's what I was thinking too
Yea cant just say that and then move on.🤔
Cap had cancer in 2019 I believe, unfortunately, it sounds like it may have made a resurgence.
Thank you Cap, the work you put into these videos is just wonderful. I only hope you keep us valued viewers entertained for years to come come.❤.
Cap are ypu alright?
Cap is it just the monetization issues
Yeah, I hope it’s that and not something more serious.
I know they’ve tried putting content on Rumble but I guess it just doesn’t have the traffic/profile as a platform. What about TH-cam channel memberships…
Or Patreon?
Wdym bucket list cap thers no point in a bucket list

Great battle! Thanks Cap.
Super CAP, best CAP. Great video like always. Prayers for you and your family from Colorado.
I hope your doing well cap, maybe adding the p-8 Poseidon to this would be good because it can carry the LRASM and Australia has 12 of them
My prayers have been answered
The lord truly provides lmao
I watched the original yesterday and couldn't find the updated one and here it is lol
Why are there no attack submarines included in these scenarios?
Subs dont work for shit in DCS. Pointless to use them until they're programmed better.
I just wanted to say, I hope everything is Okay. I don't even play this game and, I thoroughly enjoy your videos and commination and always look forward to your next video. Thank you for the relaxing, funny and educational entertainment.
Cap what can we the valued viewers do to keep you uploading chilll that PATREON

Australia, Japan, and Taiwan VS Chinese Coast/Navy!
Looks a bit like a aussie win to me haha. Maybe not financially, but yeH amazing video. Bucket list?!

Cap the bucket list? Is this due to health issues or YT money?
I kno they need all the self defense they can get however it'd been cool to see Hobart Class with Tomahawk V since they're getting them now
Lol I think The AIM-120C-7's got most of the kills in the beginning😆👍
first cap from aussy

Yeah some reason... 💉
You forgot about Australia’s 73rd Emu Brigade.
Modus operandi: Shock and Caw. Terrifying.
Just let the Chinese land and deal with the spiders, etc !!
As always a superb job Cap. Keep em coming somehow! Love ya and the channel!!!!!!!
🇦🇺🎉
Australia would definitely win! They have Russel Crowe and Tuggah!!

I think if it was about to go down, the US military would deliver SM-3 and SM-6s to Australia fairly quickly.

Yeah, I'm sure the Philippines wouldn't mind CCP landing in their territory. 😂😂😂😂
YES!!! FINALLY!!! Thank you Cap and team.
Shame we can't model the Nulka or anything that the Growler is capable of
I thought Australia just got the SM6?
Anyway, thanks Cap for redoing the Australia v China battle!
Aussies are now lobbing SM6s. Not sure how many they have of them though. They the fired one at RIMPAC.
Edit... Hope you're okay

47:00 I'd say since Australia has some ships and some air force left, and China lost their carrier, Australia won!
The PL-15 is realy brocken
Something for anything. Thanks Cap.
Other vessel and subs are always included is such battles factor them in as variables
Australia has a blue water navy, China does not.

Smacky boom boom ❤❤

Anzac's are combined Australian and New zealand forces. What you have there are just Australians
He was referring to ANZAC class frigates
@@tofubutcher7456 ah, thank you sir.
3 + 7 = 11?
The J-35 and J-31 definitely exist right now....😊
J-31/35 is just a prototype
@@gibbo_303 Nonsense young boy
Air force version and Navy version exist but better than they are presented by CAP...You will see if you look...
according to wiki the RAAF has 72 F35s and 24 F-18s. Anyway to simulate the growlers in DCS?
Growler ECM and any ECM capability is Top Secret level stuff that will never be available to model.
