Yes, that is what we use. It is quite a bit harder than they recommend, but with proper maintenance it isn't an issue. Water is the base of all drinks and this water tastes amazing!
Great solution! But does it enable the preinfusion functionality (not prebrew)? My understanding is that you need a low line pressure to use that feature, because it doesn’t kick in the pump.
It works very well, although I've reduced the water source from 5 gallons to 3 gallons. It is easier to move around and less time for any sort of contamination to take place.
Oh man are you using that Mt Valley Spring water? See how it compares to the specs they recommend?

Good idea! I made the same with a Linea PB in my coffee shop. Did you set to on the plumbing mode in the La Marzocco app?
Yes, I believe it adds a couple of other functions, such as different cleaning modes.

No, as u said u need small pressure.
Late reply here, but it actually does allow the function to be enabled. However, I don't use the function as it's not truly plumbed in.
@@Goo_Coffee plumb it is a pain , so better keep it like this 🤣
And you don’t have to have an external pump? I’ll be using it for pop ups and mobile applications.
No, the pump in the mechine is plenty strong enough. It would work great for that application.
Is it still work with you until now or there is something useful more than this?
