Good game for the ladies, for the first time this year it really looked like everyone knew their role and importantly knew each others role. Rebounding was strong and much improved, the assists were there because the offense was in motion, and the defense was tight and looking for turnovers. All this against a quality opponent, good work. Special kudos to KK penetrating off the dribble, a much needed option for this team.
Aaliyah, Paige,Aubrey, Nika, Dorka and Lou are my favorites for all time. I have been able to follow Dorka, but not Lou. i would love for Aubrey, Paige and Aaliyah to stay, but at the same time I know they are ready to move on. Aaliyah is why I started watching UCONN. I am praying that they continue to win this year and show those who said UCONN was done just how wrong they were!!!
