วันที่ 25 ตุลาคม ที่เอ็มจีไอฮอลล์ บราโว่ บีเคเค นายณวัฒน์ อิสรไกรศีล ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท มิสแกรนด์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) จัดการประกวดมิสแกรนด์อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล 2024 รอบตัดสิน ตามหาสาวงามที่มีคุณสมบัติครบทั้ง 4 B “Beauty Body Brain Business” มาครองมงกุฎทองอันล่ำค่าของมิสแกรนด์ พร้อมตอกย้ำความสำเร็จของ We are GRAND, The One and ONLY ยืนยันจะเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อน แคมเปญ Stop The War And Violence ยุติสงครามและความรุนแรงทุกรูปแบบ อย่างจริงจัง ทั่วโลก อันเป็นคอนเซ็ปต์ที่แข็งแรงและองค์กรพยายามผลักดันและรณรงค์มาตลอด 12 ปีที่ผ่านมา
โดยลูเซียน่า ฟัสเตอร์ มิสแกรนด์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล 2023 นำทีมแดนซ์เปิดฟลอร์กันแบบมันสุดเหวี่ยง ซึ่งสาวงามทั้ง 70 ประเทศมาในชุดสีทองอร่ามระยิบระยับโชว์ความแกรนด์ของเวทีแกรนด์ จากนั้นได้แนะนำตัวทีละคนตามลำดับตัวอักษร

Queen Lu was stunning and her dancing was Wow! The Grand stage lived up to its name - GRAND! I'm not much into pageants but this production was spectacular. You dont need a huge venue to make it look amazing - they made it work😊
