It sadly isnt guaranteed 1 op piece per waves, only in high player servers, ive gotten 0 op pieces many times also the white keycard is used in interrogation too. Not sure about rebel quests
You dont actually need any good armor or weapons for green, it can be done easily with an uzi and a cheap secondary with no armor and only one gas mask if you know what youre doing, but if you want to play it safe, go ahead and waste 5k on armor and an ak
