Back to back Wreckfeast videos, you love to see it!
When you act like yoru about to win I be like ok let me look at the length of the video and when it’s not close to over I’m like YES
The other day I put on some Sound Of Thunder and hit up Pocono Raceway. With the difficulty at maximum, I had no change. Then I changed it to Amateur, damage to "intense" and 20 laps. I was amazed how the first corner meme was totally gone, AI was driving 4-5 cars wide at straights, there was bumping and occasional spins, but like 15 laps in there seemed to be max 3 cars out of the race. And still the top 10-15 cars were inside about 3-6 seconds. What a thrill! AI was passing me every time I failed to drive a corner smoothly, but then when I got the next corner right, I was passing them just like they did before. I got second place two times, third once and DNF's more than I was willing to count. I also drove with the cockpit view and slightly wider FOV. With the chase camera I was all over the place. I don't know if driving like this would make a good video, but man, that's surely the closest thing to experience anything really Nascar -like on Wreckfest. The 20 laps is actually needed for victory. Maybe with skillful driving, managing to not get any spin outs or collisions, I'd think 15 laps would be enough. Though I haven't tried that yet. But what I can tell you, it was an absolute challenge! Can't even remember having as much fun and close calls on a racing game in recent years.
