It's okay to set a goal when it comes to your own weight. Promoting self-love and self-acceptance while also having an ideal weight is not hypocrisy. What's important is that we do not shove our standards upon anyone else. So go ahead and embark on your journey 😚 2. Don't feel guilty if you were not able to follow your meal plan. It's okay to cheat on that sometimes 😂 And make sure you enjoy those moments. Whether or not your weight fluctuates, always remind yourself that you've got so much more time to reach your goal. 3. It's okay to have insecurities. We all have those so always take your time doing what you do to accept or change those part of yourselves. Either situation is not a crime and is a part of your personal growth. Stay awesome 😘
