Econolite ASC2 Bad Flash

With a rather easy-to-set options in the ASC/2 controller, you can get the controller to flash what would normally cause a conflict.
This setup is a fire station preemption intersection, to replicate Maryland's "fast flash", which will be shown in another video.

Econolite manufactured the signal bodies but I think the LEDs are probably GE
