No joke. I was 7 when I watched the first movie and now I am 27. I can seriously and genuinely see myself 30 years ahead still watching the movies over and over again

I think what was lovely about this special is that it is obvious how much the adults and the kids really loved their experience making these movies. I mean, when actors of the caliber of HBC and Gary Oldman, among others, who are multi oscar nominee/winners, can talk so fondly about these movies, and all the kids who were part of these movies have grown up and seem to have such good heads on their shoulders despite the fame and fortune, you feel that creators, directors, producers definitely got it right. For me, apart from the trio being together again, the highlight was HBC and Robbie Coltrane. Its a pity there weren't more group interactions, but I get that not everyone would be available at the same time and there are covid restrictions.

No lie, it's a lot more exciting to see the 20th anniversary reunion of the cast than the upcoming Secrets of Dumbledore, the Harry Potter franchise has a charm that quickly grew into a phenomenon throughout that decade.
It's weird I am a huge Harry Potter fan but I just don't enjoy the new movies...

Clearly, everyone has grown up so much and matured. I just love how once the director says, "Cut!", the actors playing the villains can be the sweetest people and come to comfort the actor they might have hurt. I just love how they play "To Catch an Owl" from the video game for Order of the Phoenix. That's one of my favorite tracks from the Harry Potter video game series.
Harry Potter is everything for me. That is the reason I started to like the UK(I might have expected the country to be similar to the wizarding world lol) and it lead me to learn English seriously. Now I even moved from Japan to the UK and visited the studio, king's kross etc
This whole thing wouldn't have happened without Harry Potter.

This has honestly been so much better than I expected. Although it's sad that we don't get to see some of them being interviewed, mainly Alan and the other that passed away. Also as much controversy JK Rowling has been in, I was still hoping to see more of her, of how it went with the different directors and so on.
Also I get how for some parts it's better to isolate a few actors together but was hoping for some topics they were discussing that more of them are together. For instance tom and Mathew should've been in the same room with the trio for some topica like beige child actor that grew up with the film.

I just read that Rowling didn't want to participate because it was more focused on the film rather than the books. She just wanted the focus to be on the actors and crew rather than her.

I watched it yesterday and it is the most beautiful thing I've seen in a very long time. I'm in my 20s but this reunion made me tear up a lot. Harry Potter always has been and always will be a big part of my life. Truly feels like home
I think what a lot of people love most about this is we can say we in a way grew up with these guys. We experienced the sorting hat for the first time with them. We snuck off to Hogsmead for a butterbeer once or twice and just so much more. We experienced a real kind of magic if you ask me.
I can't even count how many times iv watched the movies and still love them like I don't think ill ever grow old of them.
Just watched this today..amazing reunion. Harry Potter was a big part of my childhood growing up and seeing this made me emotional. Miss it alot... Reading the books & then the movies made me feel like I was in it too on an adventure with them.
Man I wish them the best every single one that took part of the movies if only they knew how special they are to us and the movies

I can’t believe it’s been 20 years since the first film. I remember I was 7 years old when the first Harry Potter film came out and going to the movies with my mom and my brother for the first to see it and saying after the movie ended I hope they make a second one and they ended up making 7 more films in a span of 10 years. Just so crazy how time flies. I’m now 27 years old and love Harry Potter even more now then when I was 7 years old. The Potter flame will never stop burning and will burn forever!

What's incredible about the potter films is that they are all good and unique. A couple may have similar tones but none of them feel like the same movie. Chris Columbus and all the others made their own unique mark on the series and they all work marvelously
The first film came out a year after I was born and I was a fan immediately, so I've quite literally grown up with these people. So weird to think its been 22 years now since the first film.
I was 12/13 when Harry Potter and the sorcerer's Stone came out here in the US and then about to turn 35 this fall..

I was 10 when I first started on Harry Potter and now at 24, I'm still in love. This franchise was such a big part of me growing up and this reunion made me so incredibly happy. I was literally smiling the entire time and laughed and cried in between. The legacy will always live on and as Robbie Coltrane said, we'll bond with our future kids/grandkids over this imaginary world JK Rowling built with so much love.
Am still watching the collections of Harry Potter and it's always interesting everytime.

i first saw it with my three children. i am now 67. still love the watch HP. a GREAT life. also the music was also had superb music which i enjoy listening to esp. at night.
