Hi Trecia, Can you update me like why they are not inviting male candidates or very few of male candidates. Im trying since once year got invited in 2 times. Last time was in june 23 but git rejected in 1st round. Idk what exactly they look for as i worked on my communication CV etc and literally saw people getting selecting doing bare minimum(no offence to any1).
They invite male candidate I saw many of them Cant exactly say what they are looking for Communication & friendly personality is what everyone say but that didn't work for me as well
Trecia please tell me how are you getting invitation for qatar airways interview back to back ,are you using different email I'd for applying please let me know i really want your help

No I used same mail address as well as same resume
Even I can't assure you that on what basis they are shortlisting candidates
So keep trying
