Ya'll are crazy. I would never EVER load up the bar. I know some humans love going to their max, I always stay like 2/3 rds of what I think my max is and increase reps. It's true I'll never know my max, but I don't care. I always want to know I am safe.
Easiest way to wreck your back, you should be aiming for higher reps not just one rep. That one rep is not going to make you achieve anything except a hospital visit.

I do that same weight, 6 reps, no belt because the pressure hurts my lower back (2 herniated discs, fixed both with surgery). I do a lot of core though.
Dont try it again....without belt and someone to support....or u will get a lifetime of backache which will not cure with anything....even with surgery....
