    Sir there are 2 high tension wires over the project land. Will this be a demerit while selling it later after 5yrs..

      If you see most the affordable housing project has high tension wires ..and till now there is no issue in reselling these flats

    I am sorry to say that you have not mentioned some negative aspects of the project. The building has 20 floors and with two lifts it will be very difficult to use the lifts that too when there are 10 flats per floor. Also the amenities are not shown in the site plan map. What's the guarantee that builder will provide the amenities. The current phase has around 800 flats only so how will everyone get the flat. Why the builder not come up with all the towers and site plan which includes amenities. There are high tension wires going above the land also.

      We don't deal in affordable. If you finds this project so problematic . Avoid it.

      Agree, the project is not attractive primarily due to High Tension wires on this site

      Yes high tension wire but under this open area...no hight tension wire in residential area..

      Officially car parking fix. But unofficially price not fixed. No rule n regulations clearly mention in policy. Builder jaise chahe waise karta hai.

    Thanks for information. It was really useful just one doubt here. If I get selected in the draw after making the 5% payment online and later if I want to cancel my application then what will happen to my down payment of 5% amount? Will I get full refund, partial or no refund?
