    that's a great looking piece of fresh fish. it's all about the seasonings and i think you hit the mark with this 70s flavor recipe.

    My first holiday abroad in 1989 was Malta where I had my first swordfish and loved it. Thanks Steve

    In the 1980s there was a great little fish restaurant called Gullivers in St. Julians. Swordfish or Lampuki was a joy there.

    Hey Steve, for next time always have a loaf of bread by the side, you need to wipe the sauce off the plate to finish 😁. It is the signature trademark fot every Maltese plate.

    Very similar to one of the ways we cook pesce spada in sicily. We use to cut swordfish in thinner slices and ususlly don't use sauces but tomatoes😊😊
