VERY TASTY MEAL 🐟🍟 🥗 😋 Steve, if it wasn't for the high mercury content in Swordfish, I would be eating that every week when in season. Careful "Englishman", "Englishman Foodie" might sue you for copy right 😂. Proset Steve 🍽️ 🎥. Cheers 👍 🇲🇹 ❤️ 🇪🇺
Hey Steve, for next time always have a loaf of bread by the side, you need to wipe the sauce off the plate to finish 😁. It is the signature trademark fot every Maltese plate.

Ah, I miss Malta. Nice simple recipe, love the humour. Every blessing, it's great to be back.
Thanks so much!
that's a great looking piece of fresh fish. it's all about the seasonings and i think you hit the mark with this 70s flavor recipe.

Very similar to one of the ways we cook pesce spada in sicily. We use to cut swordfish in thinner slices and ususlly don't use sauces but tomatoes😊😊
Sounds great! might try it !!
