@@Texas1911 eh some are for sure but there’s a few I was happy to get even if the content was lack luster. Like the she hill mcu fig is good and accurate, it’s an amazing piece but that show is god awful. Same deal with finally getting King Pin from daredevil.
It would be cool to have Medusa with some bendy wire attachment hair, and a much better face sculpt. At least they should do alternate hair pieces with different effects.
@@johnsantos507 Agreed, Gorgon should be easy, he is just a Hercules buck with a new foot sculpt. Triton is a bit tougher, not sure how well a repainted Green Goblin body would look for him, an all new sculpt is never going to happen for him, so it's a matter of finding pieces that work.
What's funny is that the same sculptor who made Zabu, Timber, and Fiona, created this Lockjaw figure. So she could have totally done articulated forelegs no prob, but solid legs were specified by design. I understand the nicely posed backlegs, but would it have really killed the budget to give it elbows?? Still a fun figure anyway, I love the swappable expressions!
Technically I now have an Inhuman's Royal Family. I have the most recent Black Bolt, Medusa, and Karnak, and now the Crystal and Lockjaw, and I have the old Toy Biz versions of Gorgon and Triton. So technically I can say I have them.
I'm probably putting him sitting he's not as agile as a saber tooth cat he's a big bull dog. But yeah mebey a torso articulation. 🤷♂️ But the sculpt looks great. I only have Black Bolt and Medusa and with Karnac and this two pack I'm gonna have to put them on a bigger shelf, right now Black Bolt and Medusa are in top of a small DVD cabinet with my F.F.👍
Man, I wanna thank you. I did not know they finally did crystal. That is awesome, I've been waiting for a crystal figure. I'm not sure little surprise. They didn't use firestor as her baseball. But that's O k, that is OK. I will take this crystal figure. The question is and maybe I need to check this. The Medusa figure. I hope it matches the fantastic 4 animated series version. I know everybody left to stick to the comic books. I'm not one of those people. So I was hoping to find mad Medusa and now I find crystal that is freaking awesome. Thank you so much for this video which is popped up in my feed. I'm gonna try to get her to. Day. Thank you so much. I appreciate that lock job too
The Inhumans show wasn't "so bad" it was "so disappointing"... the lack of a budget was really the entire problem with it, they got actors that worked, they had a decent story. The utter lack of any examples of super powers after the first episode, killed it. If this was a police procedural or an episode of "Kung Fu: The legend continues" it would have been fine, but having Medusa without powers, using Lockjaw only twice(?), having pretty much no examples of Karnak or Gorgon outside of camera shake etc... Honestly, if they weren't going to fund this, then it never should have happened. I get that they started pre-production with a larger budget and to watch it get cut early on and having to scramble to fix it... at that point in time, it should have just been trashed. Or turn into a one shot made for tv movie special. It left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. I loved the Karnak subplot, it actually gave more characterization to him than he ever received in the comics. But if you don't have Medusa and Crystal using their powers in a combat way, then what is the purpose?
I made mine a bit more Kirby styled with a bit of paint. By darkening the "mustache" face area and changing the eye color to pale blue, it totally changed the feel - from giant ordinary bulldog, into proper Lockjaw!
Its RIDICULOUS that they want you to pay this much for a figure that has such weak articulation. How lazy. They just did Zabu before this, no way they don't know how to do it by now.
I would've been OK with the lack of articulation IF 1. The front legs had elbow articulation and 2. They lowered the price. You can't do both. You can't take away articulation points and jack up the price to $70 at the same time. I'm totally OK with the swappable hind legs. That makes sense. But you lose any sort of nuance with the front legs being stagnant. Legends has shown us they can do animals. Zabu, cosmo. So just do that again. You can't take away features and offer us less and than increase the price. I'm not paying full price for that.
My man started out as an MCU collector, but is racking off these comic book figure vids! Keen em coming .
Comic > mcu
I thought MCU in his name meant he was MarvelComicsUniversecollector24.
He had to adopt…..no MCU figures lately or they are crap 😂
@Texas1911 I expanded basically when I started my channel

We need a new Medusa and Black Bolt.
And Triton and Gorgon.

Let’s get him to 50K!!!!!
I need a two pack of Gorgon and Triton
Its out and available on hasbro pulse...... no need to worry about toy snowman

You could say his "jaw" was "locked" that's why it couldn't close anymore lol
And this figure been available for days
I was all "what the??" But honestly I am curious to get this in hand.

I'll wait for sale. Need new Medusa and black bolt updated bucks
If they see them go to sale why would they do more inhumans.. catch 22 :P
@@TheHairyGorillathey’re outdated and def could use a visual upgrade. I’m 100 percent sure a black bolt Medusa 2 pack would sell like hot cakes
Bro the lock jaw looks sooooo good😆😆
The static rear legs I can deal with, but no joints in the other legs is completely unacceptable ☹️

Crystal looks hot, and I don't really give damn about the dog. I wish tney would rerelease crystal as a solo figure with updated articulation.
The only good thing I have in that Inhumans tv series is that it introduced me to the royal family. Nothing else.
we need a better black bolt the only one we have from legends is awful

Nice video 👍👍👍👍🍕🥓🥤
You know, I think I prefer that smaller Lockjaw, at least from a sculpt/paint perspective. The scale is off but the original has more of a Kirby vibe.
I made mine a bit more Kirby styled with a bit of paint. By darkening the "mustache" face area and changing the eye color to pale blue, it totally changed the feel - from giant ordinary bulldog, into proper Lockjaw!
I assumed it was water powers and the wind swept hair was her air powers "displayed."
That works
$50 for a figure and a dog statue is insane 😢
*$70

I’m not a fan of the Inhmans at all.. the TV show was so bad! It was filmed in Hawaii and brought shame to my homeland 😂.
Proof?
@@suhtangwong proof of what?
I never liked the inhumans comic book so no interest in this at all .

Soooo ..... Tell me one more time, is Lockjaw heavy? 🙄
Yes, he is heavy
