i hatched six or seven and i got two :/
I got two out of three shinys
I got 0 shinys yesterday I hatched 18 eggs and didn't get 1 shiny riolu just goes to show ppl like you who spend on the game get better odds and more shinys

This event was interesting, but very hard to hatch a lot of eggs without buying incubators. What would have been nice is if the eggs were 1/2 hatching distance
that means with incubators is 1/4 of a km, which seems way too short

@@SheehytheChuby1 i feel like 1/2 a km is already a pretty reasonable number for walking, and hatching 9 eggs every 1/4 km seems overkill. just my opinion tho
@@slightlybluish3587 yeah if you buy the super incubator. I'm talking about is for people who just have the infinite incubator, which is why I said "hard to hatch a lot of eggs without buying incubator. What would have been nice is if the eggs were 1/2 hatching distance." Yeah sure it would be a lot of eggs hatched, IF you buy the incubators. It'd probably incentivise people to buy more, making Niantic more money in the end and benefiting the free to play players as well.

Hatched like 17 eggs.. Had back to back shinys and the 2nd one was my very first shindo ever.. 😊
Omg a shundo you are so lucky I hatched 3 eggs and got 1 shiny I was on my bike and it was raining so as I got it I went straight home

Been lucky enough to get my first shiny Riolu on the very first hatched of the 1st batch (full 9 2km eggs), and then ended up getting 3 shiny Riolu in total. One of the 3 shiny hatched Riolu is far by my best IVs ever because I got my very first SHUNDO hatched. I was so hyped & lucked out.

Loved this event. One of my favourite Pokémon so it was a grind. 56 eggs hatched, 7 shiny and 2 hundos. :)

I was SO ready for this event but unfortunately the weather had other plans...I was only able to hatch one batch of eggs but luckily got two shinies out of it 😊 definitely will be lucky trading for them in the future

6✨ out of 72 eggs, and my best overal iv, is a ✨ 98% iv Riolu. I am happy with what I got. This egg event, was a big step in the right direction when it comes to all egg related events Niantic has organized.
Congrats on the shinies JT. I was able to hatch 25 eggs total and got 3 shinies and a 93% riolu. No hundos but with an event focused on hatching, the infinite incubator and the lack of an adventure box can take us so long until it is 1 egg per batch.
I was hyped for this event. In the aweful 96 degree heat I managed my first Shiny Riolu. I only was able to hatch 32 egss and only hatched 2 Shinies. I'm glad you did well JT.

I got super lucky and was stuck at work for the day but still happened to luck out and pull a shundo riolu! Couldn’t be happier

GG's on all the shinies, I finally got my first Riolu lmao and got 2 shiny ones. I think mega Lucario will come quicker than the Sinnoh Tour simply because Shiny Lucario is being released at GO Fest.
I got pretty lucky. I hatched 18 eggs during the event, and my top 2 iv ones were shiny - 96% and 98%. Still have 7 eggs stewing for later. It was nice that I only got 2 non- 2k eggs during the entire event. Congrats on all those yellow guys! Hope your trades yield you something spectacular.

Hey JT! Yesterday was pretty interesting. I've hatched 30 eggs so far and got 4 shinies to show for it. Still got 6 more to go.
Well your luck was better than many for at least the shinies. I got 2 from about 42 hatches, but I did get 2 hundos so I guess that is solid too...Nice work and looks like it was pretty warm there and Tommy is back there with a long sleeve shirt? I would have been dying in that
I did 25 eggs total - when I was getting my initial batch, I got 8 2km and a 10km, which kind of spoiled the mood. Plus, I was walking around my local area where people were doing golden lure parties, and I felt like I saw most of the local player base out. In the end, I had 23 Riolu with 3 shinies (best being 15/15/10, not mad) and one hundo(!). Other eggs were a Fomantis and an Emolga.
I now have nine more eggs from the event, with eight 2km and a 5km, so there's always the chance for another shiny Riolu.
I did over 40 with 3 shinies, the best being 15/10/15, so we were pretty similar

I hatched 4 whole eggs this event but did manage to hatch my first shiny riolu in that 4! And it was an XXL as well!
Not a bad egg hatch today, no joke i finally hatched a shiny riolu on my 2nd km egg of the event 😮 at first i didnt believe the “increased shiny hatches” until it happened! Then hatched another 98% regular riolu on my third hatch lol
Only got to play for around an hour but got 4 shiny Riolu and one of them was a 98, so all in all pretty happy about this event
Congrats on your luck! I hatched 65 riolu eggs and ended up with 7 shiny. No hundos or shundos, but had fun anyway.

I used only free incubator + sock method. Hatched 8 eggs (1 shiny).
Got myself 8 more for post event hatch (so far hatched 4, 1 shiny).

I got a 546 and 554 shiny off about 40 eggs, still got a couple to hatch though, best IV's were13/14/14 on the 554cp
I was "lucky" I had a limited number of eggs, like 5, 2 of which were the mega rare 5* chance of getting them pokémon instead of Riolu...Didn't get a shiny Riolu at all. BUT there is a highlight, I got a Larvesta from an unrelated 5km egg which is amazing.
Hatched around 50 2km eggs, 8 shiny riolu’s & 1 shundo (first shundo ever). Only ended up with 3 10km eggs during the event.
I hatched 71 and 3 were shiny. For IVs, I got one 98% and two 96%. The highest shiny was 88%. Fortunately, back in May I hatched a shiny 96%.
I got a shiny 96 at some point before the event and it was a shiny dex entry

I got a 7 km egg shiny galarian meowth a wild shiny lillipup, wild kantonian Mr mime and 4 shiny riolu
A friend of me got a shundo riolu today from one of his last eggs from yesterday
I got a hundo riolu 2 years ago and it was my first ever riolu
Me and my brothers played the whole event. We only had one pokestop to grind, but in spite of this we I got 6 shinys. I am very pleased considering the circumstances
I didn't grind a whole lot, but I got three shiny riolu, two were back to back, one I hatched the next day. I also hatched a regular hundo.

JT my luck in this event was crazy I got a shiny Riolu first egg and I hatch a wimpod which was as rare as a larvesta
I somehow grabbed 3 shinies with only 6 2km eggs hatched! And one of my non shinies was a hundo, which I evolved into Lucario, cant wait for the mega!!
Ugh I was out for so long and hatched like 20 eggs with NO shinies. I’m so mad

I was at work so it was hard to play (retail job) but managed to walk around enough + use gps drift for 23 hatches with 5 shinies, my first 3 being 3 shinies b2b2b
On the hatch day, in the first hour, I got 5 shiny riolu, a shiny XXS doduo, shiny lillipup, and a shadow shiny Aerodactyl. The only things I got after the first hour was a larvesta and a 98% riolu
hatched around 110 eggs and got 14 shiny riolu, best riolu i hatched was a 98 and i hatched a larvesta. ended at 343 xl candy
Hatched 55 eggs in total, first hatch was a shiny! Managed 3 shiny by hatch number 18 and didn’t see another after that. My buddy only got 1 shiny out of 37 eggs and neither one of us got a hundo. From everyone I’ve talked with it seems like odds were closer to 1/20 for most people
I checked exactly 100 Squirtle squad squirtles on the 23rd, and got 2 shinies, on check 50 and check 82

Hatched 1 on my 20th egg, then eventually hatched another close to my 40th. Both were bad too, unfortunately. About a 1/20 for me, got kinda unlucky I guess.
I was out in the country so i couldn't get as many eggs as i would have liked, but i did get two shinies, and the first (My very first shiny riolu) was a 14/14/14!
Got myself 5 shinies, not that bad. Also Mega Lucario is coming out this in person go fest it was leaked in one of the pictures and having wild shiny Lucarios pretty much confirms it

Man I used to be so proud of my shiny Lucario cause I was the only one in my friends group to have the good luck to hatch one. But after this event everyone has like 6 of them 😂 now my Lucario feels worthless

I got very lucky with my first shiny which was also my first hatch this day and it was a 15/14/14 ( 562)
I only hatched just under 20 eggs and got a hundo (female), and 2 shinies (one of them being a shiny 98%)
