Thank you for your videos (particularly on the Post Office). One point, and I'm only going by his tweet, I think it may be £75k in damages and an unspecified amount in costs. The Barton statement on twitter says "I have agreed to pay Mr Vine £75,000 in damages and his legal costs." I agree it isn't all that clear either way.

Out of interest are you referring to Blackbelt Barrister or Criminal Lawyer reacts or another one? Just curious on your perspective. I think if you prefer this channel it's because of the inherent quality of people from Yorkshire, such as this gentleman and myself.

If you look at Jeremy Vine's X, there's still more negotiating in a parallel case. So £75k plus costs, it doesn't sound like Jeremy Vine will be out of pocket. Plus an additional £35k damages and additional costs in the parallel case. Samuels solicitors have published a statement with more detail.
It would be helpful for looking up older videos to watch if you were more assiduous in your allocating them to playlists. Thx for your work.

1. Who TF is Joey Barton?
2. Based on his public persona/media appearances I cannot think of anything positive to say about Mr Vine.
If he gets any hurty feelings about #2 can he sue me for having written that?
:sigh: "Hurty feelings" is not the same thing as defamation. You can't sue for "hurty feelings".
Barton got off very lightly.
We all knew what the outcome was going to be ! Vine is as bad as Hazbeen.
My prediction is that Karma will repay him.
Hopefully so, in a Final Destination kind of way. Vine is awful.
