I am very impressed for this job congratulations! it's a pitty you didn't show how you restored the internal veneer step by step would have been very interesting!!
I hope the movers had a large insurance policy. This should be a total loss. I’ve watched videos showing a Steinway grand piano being created and I don’t see how you could repair one effectively.
You're a magician! When I saw the piano at first my heart sank. But you fixed it! Bravo!
Great work. Thank you!
Remarkable! The artistry in using a chinagraph pencil to draw the grain where there is filler is boggling!
Wonderful detail understanding of what and why...Masterwork for sure..thanks you.
Great to watch a genius at work
Beautiful job! West system - great tip.

Hi Steve, I was wondering how you removed the paint? Did you use a Lacquer w/ a 400 grit sand paper after wards?
Sandpapper, 120, 180 then 240
Well done. Great job. Is this a 1920's Bechstein?
If it were, the piano case would definitely not be made of particle board...
Not a Bechstein, nor is it made of particle board
Bravo!
在中国我也有同样的经历......目前在美国实在是没有场地,无法完成此项工作了,着实是一件遗憾的事情......
