It can be frozen for months before baking
I noticed u didn't put any weight on it! Is it okay to still baking with weights first then remove and bake a bit more?
BEFORE YOU BAKE keep in the freezer for 7 to 10 minutes and then bake

hello, what's the reason the tart can't come off the ring when it's done baking? I've used butter but the tart can't come off, when it's finished baking.
