I don't know how it's comforting listening to scary stories but it is. It's a bit counter intuitive really. That speaks volumes about the comfort of your familiar voice.

I suffer from bad anxiety and sometimes have horrible nightmares. The last few months, I’ve heard my own voice in my nightmares telling me ‘this isn’t real. You can wake up and stop this,’ and I’ll wake up sweating and anxious but then calm down once I realize the nightmare was just a dream. I don’t know how or why this started happening but I’m very grateful it has. 💗💗

Hey Being Scared thanks for putting out the new vid...TBH...I haven't been listening lately due to getting ready for the warm weather and as well as the springtime...So when I start my springtime cleaning I'll have plenty of hours to listen to all of the new vids as I have been saving them to my Being Scared playlist...I also have been stocking up on food and drink in the process as well...But I'll still be listening no mater what...Very glad you are feeling much better...Peace 😎😎😎
