DIY Nerf Gun Storage!!!

Before I had children I said I’d never let them play with toy guns. Now look at me. 🤥 We have a whole freakin toy gun arsenal. Nerf guns, laser tag guns, water guns.... all the guns. Where did I go wrong? Lol Anywho, we’re here now and there’s no turning back. (Unless someone misbehaves and I’m forced to confiscate them all) 😈
The boys each received 2 new Nerf Guns for Christmas which made our gun storage area look hideous. The boys just threw everything in one bin, which is fine BUT the bin was way too small, they could never find matching ammo and the nerf guns would hit the walls. 😖Soooo my husband and I created this awesome Nerf Gun Storage area using a used bookcase! Isn’t it pretty!?! 😍
Everything neat and in one designated area...makes my heart happy. (Almost as much as fresh vacuum lines) ☺️
I made sure to position my 3 year olds favorite go-to nerf and laser guns at the bottom so he could reach them easily. Tantrum averted 😉
We did a test run, aka quick nerf war, to see how clean up went and everyone was able to put everything back and find the right ammo containers!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Mom Win!!! Granted it wasn’t as pretty as the pictures here when they cleaned up but the guns weren’t on the floor or hitting the walls. I’ll take that. 😌
