My 30 driving career ended last year . O did the Flats, Reefers (mostly ) and Dry vans. I've never been so happy to be retired. You drivers still out there , keep up the great work and keep this country moving !

I take it , if you start from
A car license, it’s done with maverick three stages , CDL , then I to the barn for loading and load restraint, then finish going out with driver drainers like yourself, how long does this all take from start to running solo , we have our own driving academy, they get 13 weeks to pass there C+E , dcpc , then they come out with mentor drivers unit they are happy with them and then they do a final driving assessment from one of our driver trainers, then they are free to run solo , if they have a crash or accident with in next 6 months they go back with mentor again. , till mentor is happy this whole process can take 4/5 months up to a year

Depends on the person, but 8 weeks is typical from start to finish.

My maverick trainer directly threatened before I went solo, and he said “ If I ever said Anything…….he would know “ he said that, not loosing eye contact with me. Because he and people in maverick office were tight!!!
    What can I do??????
Say the truth and loose my only chance on a new job
    Or
Just pretend like maverick trainer’s training is legit, professional, respectful, legal, focus on your success….?

While on the trainer truck, you have your own contact at Maverick. That person should have been called and and told your situation. They would have pulled you off the Trainers truck and put you with someone else. I've taken over a student from a bad trainer.

I truly wish I had experienced Maverick with a trainer like your self or in the same worth ethic. I was a trainer my self but in manufacturing factories and mills. I always believed that we all should have the equal opportunity at any job. But that job is definitely not for everyone……we won’t know until we try. But we all need to have the same opportunity to see if that level of work if fit for each of us ( with professional supervision) for sure!!!!
………..just for reference my trainer had a HUGE rage road problem, that and MANY other things. He has no business in being on the road as a civilian or a truck driver. Just my two cents, other than that…….I Love Maverick! Great Company, it’s take care of me and my personal needs 😊

The reality is that Tom Cruise is the real owner of Maverick. Everyone who is anyone knows that it's a front for recruiting members into Scientology. My trainer made me wear an E Meter my first day. After I passed my 3yr mark of employment, i was elevated to OT-6 and gifted an apartment in Clearwater Florida. Maybe one day people will let it be known that in every shipment Maverick delivers, there's a copy of Dianetics hidden somewhere. It's a well known industry secret. Long Live The Galactic Federation. Long Live Maverick!
