【材料】
・卵　　　　　　　3個
・グラニュー糖　　60g
・牛乳　　　　　　120㎖
・生クリーム　　　120㎖
卵で使用するのは卵黄ですので、
事前に白身と分けておきましょう。

図書館でお菓子作りの本を借りてきた娘から
「アイスクリーム作って」「それなら一緒にやってみる？」
との流れから今回の動画になりました。
最初は正直、牛乳パックに入れてひたすら振るだけでアイスクリームができるのか？と半信半疑でしたがｗ、
本当にできちゃいました！しかもおいしい！
卵がもう少し安くなったらたくさん作ってストックしておきたいくらいです。
動物性と植物性の生クリームを使いましたが、どちらも良さがあって美味しかったです♪私は植物性の方が好きでした。
バニラエッセンスを少し入れるとまた上品な味になります！

Ingredients
3 eggs
60g granulated sugar
Milk 120㎖
Fresh cream 120㎖

My daughter, who had borrowed a book on baking from the library, asked me to “make ice cream” and “would you like to try it with me?
She asked me to make ice cream, and then asked if I wanted to try it with her.
I was not sure what to do at first, but I was surprised at how easy it was.
At first, I was skeptical that ice cream could be made just by putting it in a milk carton and shaking it. I was skeptical,
But it really did! And it tastes great!
If eggs were cheaper, I would make a lot of it and keep it in stock.
I used both animal and vegetable cream, and both were delicious.
I liked the vegetable one better. A little vanilla essence gives it a more elegant taste!
