- If there's one thing Drag Queens know, it's marketing. Alaska and Willam recap the All Stars 2 'Drag Fish Tank' product creation and marketing bonanza episode this week. From 'Butt Butt Golf' with masked underwear models, to Marcus Lemonis reading Katya to the dirt, this fever dream of an episode has everything: including Alaska's iconic Americana pants outfit with curly blonde wig, complete with Roxxxy's Rhinestone Tank Top!! Who won the lip sync? Who was eliminated? Who knows? It's all too traumatic to talk about!

As someone who frequently dissociates in stressful situations, I get Alaska not remembering most of it. As someone who wants to cause as much chaos as possible at all times, I get Willam’s disdain for anything regardless if she actually hates it or not. Yawl bring me so much joy

@@1bwash idk I think Alaska has her own agency, not sure the fans are a factor. I think she's embarrassed by this season a bit (Rolaskatox) and also just too careful about insulting WoW and uncomfortable with her association with Willam.

She highkey admits she doesn't remember half of anything, she was struggling with addiction and didn't actually care about the prizes. They in all likelihood get the prizes if you actually respond to the emails and phone calls to coordinate receiving things like a custom suit. "they never gave me my prize!" babe you have to show up to give measurements if you want a custom suit.
@@1bwashi could agree with a lot of that … but Ms Evie Oddly said they got paid way after jaida in 2021. She won in 2019. So maybe sometimes they don’t receive their payments/prizes which makes me think, even if they needed to size her to receive that outfit, shouldn’t they be paying it forward anyway and closing out the mini/main challenge win accounts? Why should it be the contestants duty to hound them for their dues? If they gave them a prize, i think the least they can do is give them the prize the show willingly OFFERED without hassle.

I think the producers were trying to give phi phi the arch with Alyssa, but phi phi was too upset in the moment to realize it. I think they wanted her to talk with Alyssa, hug, bomb the performance, and go out with a joke and smile. Like a "you tried but didn't make it, kid. And that's okay" story arch. But you don't think straight during filming, and you can't control what they're going to film and not film. So she left unhappy, and they had no arch to work with other than her leaving unhappy again. I feel bad for her, and I don't think she deserves all the hate she got from the show. She definitely got involved with her emotions on a reality TV show. That shit will fuck with you.

It seems Alaska really internalized that she dod something wrong. She believes she ruined people's dreams, she thinks she made the wrong decisions. She says she deeply embarrassed and holds so much shame. It's sad really because it's just a reality show.
