All he has to now develop is ability to close the game on more consistent basis. Also improve his defense, he is getting better however not yet at elite level. Booker has tried to take some part of kobe's game and added to his repertoire but Jayson is overall a better player than Booker both offensively and defensively while Booker is a better closer than Jayson. Boston has a Hall of Fame player in making.
