I'm paraphrasing, but E-SAW (Idumea) is a bloodline and not a spiritual condition. When someone says this, I wonder if their paternal bloodline is non-melinated or their significant other is non-melinated. I'm not saying that this is the case, but she went hard on this doctrine of E-SAW being a spiritual state/condition. Much like supersessionism.

I do believe that Esau is a bloodline, but according to Hebrews chapter 12, any man and any bloodline (which includes Hebrew Israelites as well) can be defiled as Esau spiritually as well.
