Here we are 5 years later with a play off win, an sec championship win, and a close national championship game. He has turned our team completely around. I love this man. This man is a legend as a player and will be a legend as coach at the university of Georgia. Go dawgs!

As a lifelong Alabama fan the Dawgs have become my second favorite team. I'm that grateful for coach Smart. This guy is the one assistant that is the closest to the best coach of all time in Saban. Saban told smart not to save Richt's job and be there DC. Wait and go be the HC. Smart took that advice and it paid off. Georgia is building a monster. There 2018 class and the 2017 Bama class are the greatest ever in my opinion. The next 5 years were going to witness 2 powers in the same conference. I believe after next season with OSU and Clemson being right there with Bama and Georgia we will see 2 superpowers at the same time. Saban has regrouped with coaches. 4 of the 10 best recruits Saban has ever brought to Alabama are 2 sophomores next year and 2 freshman in Anome and Surtain. Georgia has the top ranked dual threat QB and RB in all of 18 just like bama recruited in all of 17. Bama has 7 straight number 1 classes prior till this year. Bama wont dip. They had a top 100 player sit out to be part of there 18 class. I think the Tide and Dawgs will have better offences and there defenses will be great because I believe Smart is the second best mind in college football behind Saban. I believe both will recruit in 2019 and both will finish in the top 2. No team can duplicate Bama like Georgia. I respect all of you dawg fans that has always included my brother and look forward for a 5 year war. 2018 might be a younger team but they will have more upside. FYI. Nonetheless, I’d like to see you get up in front of what I imagine was a large crowd on one of the most exciting and nerve-racking days of your life and not trip over your words a little bit and get emotional. Easy to judge behind a computer screen.
