আর্টসেল একটা ব্রান্ড নেম। এইখানে এখন যদি লিংকন, সাজু ও চলে যায় সেজান একাই আবার এই ব্যান্ড টা গুছিয়ে ব্যান্ড এর কাজ কর্ম শুরু করে দিতে পারে ( example) সমগ্র পৃথিবীব্যাপী ব্যান্ড গুলোতে এমনি হয়, হয়ে আসতেছে, এই গুলা মেনে নিতে হবে। আর ভালো না লাগলে ইগনোর করতে হবে। এতো কষ্টের কিছু নাই। 😊

I just want to enjoy their music. I hope they sort out all their problem and release the album already. And this will most likely be their last album anyway.

ব্যান্ড চালানো এতো সহজ না। ভার্সিটি লাইফে একটা ব্যান্ড করেছিলাম। এক বছরও টিকতে পারে নাই। পাঁচটা মেম্বার, পাঁচ ধরনের মেন্টালিটি। সবকিছু ম্যানেজ করেই ব্যান্ড চালিয়ে যেতে হয়। কাজেই শুধু ভালো মিউজিশিয়ান হলেই চলে না, ব্যান্ডের প্রতি দায়বদ্ধতা থাকা লাগে সবার। ইচ্ছা হইল- বাজাইলাম, ইচ্ছা করে নাই- বাজাই নাই-- এমন ধরনের মানসিকতা নিয়ে আর যাই হোক, ব্যান্ডে টিকে থাকা যায় না।

It looks like Ershad was being made the sheep here. Ershad didnot finish all his guitar work and blame goes to him granted but it's totally unfair to say he's the only one at fault here. His work is the most toughest among them and everything revolves around him. Without his guitar work, Artcell will not exist for 1 sec. He can't just make a solo and say DONE. It takes time but not so long as of now so again blame goes to Ershad but not all of it. What Ershad said lastly that Cezanne and Shaju need to finish their work as well.
You wont believe but the main culprit here is the bangladesh music industry

I wish this band played straight up heavy metal ( thrash, etc..) not all the mash up of styles. I especially don’t dig all the ‘prog’ elements that everybody else thinks is cool and necessary.

No one expects a good band member to not show up at practices and gigs, especially everytime. He stabbed his own back. As sad as that sounds, it's true
that's true and sounds very very heartbreaking. i don't know what is their internal problem is but as a fan all i can do is pray for them to fix whatever it is and give us back the old Artcell and sorry to say without Ershad it will be Lincon and friends not the classic Artcell.
