    He is singing live. He is renowned for singing live in every setting he is able to, this has always been his preference, to be authentic and he is so humble and a kind soul. He is a remarkable human being. Thank you for your great reactions, both musically and with true insight of the heart of the music and the performer, especially Dimash 🌷💟🌷

      he mostly sings live except on stage in Russia, they want things to be perfect and they don't like live singing. So that is usually the place he may lip sync. This is live.

    He is an indigenous Kazakh. They are raised from birth to be dignified, modest & humble in all circumstances, to honor their elders and seek their counsel and above all, to honor their God, and homeland. He lives traditionally, the extended family under one roof, they do not leave home until marriage and the males bring their brides home to live.

    Thank you for not going in the boring order, keep it spontaneous. Yes Dimash has his own recording company, creative Centre for many years and he is his own producer, composer etc etc etc. Dimash is highly musically educated up to his impending PhD so he does everything. He is singing absolutely live here, it was recorded live for his online concert in January but this song was held back as time was limited. It's one of his most beautiful songs, and he has many of them. We know that he is a philosophical, spiritual, kind loving old soul in a young body. He is amazing, I agree he deserves to be called that and more. There are no words to describe him, he is a hardworking, highly intelligent perfectionist who has been focused on his career since he was 5. He is a very authentic artist, he has music running through his veins he said once if you cut him open you would find music. The setting is a view of the Kazakh Steppe from the inside of a nomads Yurt, with the Alatau mountains in the distance with Dimash sitting cross legged on an ottoman. Just gorgeous and yes he is a quietly spoken, respectful, humble and modest young man who loves nothing more than to meet his fans and chat with them, have hundreds of photos taken with good spirits. He really is just a normal nice, down to earth young man ❤

    He is a very kind, respectful, tolerate and loving person. Very close to his family. And he is very humble. Here is what he have said in interviews:
    "We came to this life to be human, not singers or teachers, but to be good human first of all."
    "I am extremely grateful to my professor for the fact that he educated us not as singers, but before anything he tried to educate our spiritual character, the human quality."

    Hello! You are absolutely right that Dimash is an artist who takes a career into his own hands.As we already know, Dimash is very creative and in order to guarantee freedom in his work, Dimash has almost no producer. His work grows under the patronage of "Dimash Ali Creative Center", which was established in 1998 when DI was 4 years old, on his own label run by his family and friends, this is how Dimash can experiment and create his own music styles and he's incredibly good at it. Dimash's words "I create the structure myself, I create the strategy myself ... and then I sign it myself. There is something like, music production. Songs in my repertoire, song composition, beginning-semitone, dynamics-middle and ending-climax , I compose all of this myself, if you need an instrumental melody in the middle, I compose it a bit."His father, Kanat Aitbayev, said, "Dimash is a professional singer, he graduated from professional composition. He is still studying and is currently doing a PhD in musicology."As a music producer, he himself determines the song to be performed, its structure, arrangement, the entire structure of the piece, determines the direction in which to create it, how to present it to people, it is the person who determines the entire form of the piece.He is the producer himself, he approves the decision of what is to be presented on stage, the whole form of the concert, the direction and all other points. Not only the structure of the song, but the structure of the whole concert works in his mind and he makes the decisions." Kanat says: "In the musical direction Dimash is a representative of the new wave. And Dimash himself says:" If I'm 27 years old, those who are 16-17 years old have different views than mine, they are different. That is why each generation of young people should be able to speak up, to show themselves.Greetings from Poland.

  • @Chabtung
    @Chabtung 3 ปีที่แล้ว +24

    From everything I see and know, I believe it's live. Facial expressions and body language are in sync with his live performances. After more than 2 years of watching and listening to him and creating videos with all the existing versions of a certain song, I am very rarely wrong. After a while, I believe the physical difference is very easy to recognize. He has songs with 30 and more different live versions. Not all of his songs even have a studio version. Ever since the Singer (which is completely live, of course), most of his non live performances are connected with Russian and other official TV programs, where live sound is simply not an option, and a certain composer from Russia who for some reason doesn't like live performances of his songs (true for all artists performing for him), but still Dimash manages to do some of them live. There are exceptions to those rules, of course, but relatively few. And frankly, it doesn't really matter, because to me he sounds even better live. Also, because of his exceptional vocal and performing capacities, we sometimes forget he is only human. But his voice is prone to wear and tear just like any other, and even more, because of the difficult technical level of his singing. So personally i am always happy when he gives his voice a rest...

    • @paivyt.
      @paivyt. 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I totally agree, you summed up everything:) About singing live too... His well-being, and the health of his voice is the most important. Especially when his songs are so demanding. I wish everyone would understand that; people shouldn't be too greedy and always wait for that live magic - yes, Dimash live is the best. And there are indeed conditions he has no power to decide how to sing. For me though, he always performs beautifully. I believe in his emotions either way since he can live a song no matter what...
      I never thought this 'Amanat' performance wouldn't be live. I believe it is. Seems very natural, the song is not very difficult either, everything is also in his control - it's his own production. So why it wouldn't be? I have watched this tens of times in Dimash's channel and never seen any sync problems. But I noticed some in this reaction. Maybe the video went out of sync when he paused many times. Sometimes it does that in reactions, not rare at all.

    • @Chabtung
      @Chabtung 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@paivyt. Yes, lack of sync is not a good way to tell, and in videos sound and visuals can often be out of sync for various technical reasons. Amanat is by far not an easy song to sing, especially sitting down, and demands a lot of control, but that doesn't mean anything, he does it in many songs and live performances, including SOS, Samaltau and others. SOS is an insanely difficult song, but he has perhaps 40 different and obviously live versions of this song out there, including a capella, and the relatively very few non live performances of SOS are very easy for me to spot. The same goes for Ascolta (the vocalise versions of Know) - all the numerous vocalise versions are live and he performs most of them sitting down for almost the entire time.
      By the way, watching Dimash videos singing a capella, without microphone or improvising together with the audience in concerts is more than enough to convince anybody of his true and amazing abilities to sing live. And also for any doubters, there are many videos out there that combine the different versions of his performances of different songs together, and there it is obvious.

    • @paivyt.
      @paivyt. 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@Chabtung Yes, 'Amanat' is a masterful singing from Dimash and it is indeed more difficult to sing sitting like that - but he did sing even 'SOS' sitting in the chair in his live Tokyo Jazz online performance🤯 I agree, no need to doubt Dimash's abilities, when there is enough proof what he can do (and it's only what he shows us, I guess he could do a lot more). But he is not about technical excellence only. Those who continuously doubt his abilities or spend a lot of time seeking possible playbacks miss the point I think. Art is not just technical prowess. More important are the emotions he can convey and the actual content of the song. I prefer to focus on those. Though I appreciate his vocal abilities very much, there are still tools - not the main thing. And Dimash himself understands that 😊

    • @Chabtung
      @Chabtung 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@paivyt. Completely agree! It has been well over 2 years since I accidently discovered Dimash, and I am still as deeply moved by him as when I listened for him for the first time. He has the ability to touch my soul in a way no other artist has ever succeeded before.
      Of course I agree with you, and I personally create these videos because it's a hobby for me to combine the different versions of his songs together, for documentation purposes as well as for pleasure of hearing all this beauty combined together, and not to look for or prove what's live and what's not. But I discovered in hindsight that such videos are sometimes very effective to silence haters and doubters.

    • @paivyt.
      @paivyt. 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@Chabtung I have known Dimash 3 years already. First months as a fan admiring his skills and knowing he was something extraordinary, and after 'Hello' I became a Dear. I was so moved and these feelings have only intensified... I feel just like you, he touches my soul and he is the only one for me. I have admired many artists and still do but with Dimash it's different. HE is different. I don't think that his personality can be separated from his art - it all comes within, from his pure soul. I guess even those who don't know what kind of person he is, can see it somehow when he sings. (Like this reactor here.)
      I have to take a look at your videos if they are in the YT. They sound great. Certainly useful to see different versions if someone has doubts. Fortunately, there are far fewer doubters than a couple of years ago. Dimash has shown what he can do, that he is a real deal. But there will always be haters when someone is as talented as Dimash. Many see him as a threat to artists they support. And each country also defends its own artists, I have noticed ... Anyway, Dimash is a force that cannot be stopped :)

    If you watch some of the behind the arena stuff at the singer you can see him very politely stand firm about his music decisions.
    And every behind the scenes or concert candid video you see a humble man with a sense of humor.

    I enjoyed your reaction and comments. I think you get Dimash. And yes he is a wonderful young man. I’m 76 and have been listening to Dimash since 2017. In all these years I have never heard any singer who moved me like Dimash. He is sweet, polite, self deprecating, very close to his family and respectful of his elders. He’s so full of talent, charisma and charm. I hope to hear more of Dimash from you. He’s the only person I follow on you tube. Bev

    Watch an interview with him.. there’s a sit down one with a woman maybe from 2018 or 19, he’s quite shy off stage but he’s so thoughtful, deep patriot, believes god is blessing him & it’s his job to inspire others to be their version of special. He has deep integrity/ethics & feels responsible for how he shows up in the world reflecting on his people. He’s a technician, a genius nerd for all music. He knows how good he is & yet I think the humility is he knows it’s by the grace of god as well as his hard work & he’s always just trying to live up to his potential. He of course doesn’t say it that way, but once u see a long form interview- it’s clear he is indeed an incredibly genuine authentic person. He also feels a duty to elevate the younger generations, deep reverence for his elders, & knows one day it will be him in the audience watching someone else outshine him (that’s debatable :)

    Dimash is not only blessed with amazing technical gifts, but he's also blessed to be born within a wonderfully musical, industrious, united, strong family. DimashAli is a family enterprise. That man you see cheering by the scene was his dad, present for some parts of that Chinese Singer contest.

    The song is practically a love song to his homeland which he is very passionately proud of. You are right - few of us Dears actually met him personally - but cameras follow him regularly and no matter if it is on- or back-stage, in an interview, in a crowd of his fan, with his family, friends or random people - he is always kind and respectful no matter who he is talking to, he obviously has a special sweet spot for children and old people. As sincere as he comes across performing he behaves out of the spotlight too - and how people who know him describe him too - hard working, dedicated, kind. He certainly has his flaws (we don't know about) as anybody but overall he is really an "idol" worth looking up to despite his young age.

    Thanks so much for your wonderful reaction to Dimash. It's very moving that you've picked up on the nature of the man through his music. I can see you are like Dimash, a compulsive musical artist, Dimash IS music, lives and breathes it. Btw I think you will love his very latest release called Rivers of Love, there's not much singing in it but somehow those qualities come through so clearly! Greetings from Cape Town South Africa, and thanks again!

    Please react to Dimash singing Samaltau. Diversion live streamed for the Tokyo jazz festival. It is a traditional Kazakh folk song and I'm sure you'll appreciate the emotion that dimash portrays. It's pretty amazing.
    Dimash is a very humble, unassuming, spiritual and introspective person who is very proud of his country and his family and speaks of both often, many times through his music. There are a number of documentaries and/or interviews with Dimash many with English subtitles. I think you'll learn a lot about his personality through those.

    You're right... Dimash has the all package of an artist... and the all entire essence and humble behaviour, knowledge, and human kindness. Has such a great soul he denies to make concerts just to not put he's fans in danger (he's words in he's new podcast) but he still works, louches new songs, and will be guest performer and a jury member at a song contest in September (Slavic Bazaar) ... for sure he works very hard, since he as 5 yo.... he's a perfectionist and obsessed with music all the time...This was he's Live Digital Concert in Jan 2021... there's more of it ... try "Kieli Mekin" , same concert, (Dimash and he's father's made lyrics and music)... there's videos of making off this concert... You'll like "Samaltau" in Japan Digital Jazz concert...
    About T-shirts etc, Try FB fan pages...like Dimash Kudaibergen International Fan Club ... or ... Dimash USA Fan Club... or Dimash Dears - Димаш Kazajstán...
