Just preparing you guys, if I could make a harder rating for Rygelon I would have rated him higher than expert. You need almost 1 mil sustained dps to kill him. You have just over a minute to defeat him if you do the horizon mechanic correctly. Don't get discouraged if you die at sub 10%, I do every week. Make sure you use drums and all self buffs you can, food, runes, and weapon oil or other similar buff. He will get easier with more gear. Also for the Jailer, you need him to be around 30% hp as he casts unholy attunement for phase 2. If you go too far he won't skip p2 and you'll wipe, very important for those with higher gear
I came unprepared on my 611 windwalker monk, no drums, food, weapon oil, only half my gear enchanted and couldn't kill Rygelon. I'll be back for revenge tomorrow though. Thanks for a great guide!
rygelon is possible with lower dps you have to stall the last quasar long enough to get the end of the massive bang cast for another 20 seconds of safety admittedly this is also pretty hard timing to pull off but i wasnt gonna do 1mil dps anytime soon did it with 610k dps as ret
@fus7646 yeah but I timed it. I am able to stall him to massive bang and the dps required is just under 1 million. The best I've done is a little over a minute but I think it might be possible to get another horizon which I think is what you're saying here but it's extremely sketchy and not very easy to pull off. Either way this definitely will get easier with more ilvl
@@TRGoon i was able to buy an extra 12 seconds. Somehow i was able to delay the final quasar long enough to last into the massive bang cast. If you can perfect this, you will have found your 4% extra dps :)

One tip for Xy'Mox to avoid the damaging rings from platform adds: when you enter the arena, there's a corner to your right. Pull boss and all adds into that little corner to avoid the damage from the radiating rings completely.
I used your Necrolords technique on Regylon and it worked quite well. However, now I'm having an issue with the jailor resetting the fight every time. It doesn't even get to the part where you can hide behind the pillars. Not sure what to do to combat that on a solo beastmaster hunter 605 ilvl
@mraymus make sure you do the rune bomb and jumping into the pit. If you don't he knocks you too high and doesn't summon the pillar for you do avoid his domination cast. That is what resets the fight
Xy'mox: I wonder if Blizz has nerfed this since your video as I am a ilvl 613 frost mage and the rings never did any damage to me that I noticed. I did have my frost shield up the whole time, but I never noticed them bringing it down. Halondrus: The first room has just the one bomb; it will go off regardless of whether you pick it up but won't kill you. It's the second room with three bombs that you must pick each of them up at least once. You should pick up the first as soon as he Halondrus plants himself, hold onto it as long as you can and drop it as he picks back up and starts moving again, then quickly pick up and drop the other two to reset their timers. This should result in you just being hit by the first bomb (and if you healed up after getting hit by the bomb in the first room them you should survive) and you should either have him killed before the other two go off or be out of range when they do. Anduin Wrynn: I was able to beat Anduin even with phase 2 and its adds. I'm not sure if you have to do X amount of damage or if it's a timer, but after so long the adds disappear and you return to phase 1 where you can finish the fight. You just need to keep healed up and survive it. Rygelon: Again not sure if Blizz has nerfed this since your video as I was able to stay in Event Horizon/Dark Horizon pretty easily once I learned the mechanic from your video and got the kill, so it didn't seem to be all that hard. The Jailer: Deadly Boss Mods or something similar is essential for the timing of when to jump into the holes as if you jump in too early, then you will die. There is also no rush on phase 1 so no need to worry if you're not DPSing him as quickly as you'd like during it.
nice, I went in to get the Hood of empty eternities from the trash, but just did all the bosses aswell 605 WW Monk with Mistweaver Weapon is easily enough for this raid
@@MerokoGaming For this, you need to be Necrolord with at least 60 renown, and pick up Plague Deviser Merileth conduit. He has an ability (Kevin's Oozeling) that summons a pet to fight for you, which you can use to bypass the reset. Leave the pet to fight abominations and you have ~15seconds in the phylactery before you need to get out. PS. Thanks for a great guide! Sepulcher seems like a different beast compared to Sanctum on mythic, which was pretty much tank&spank at 600+ ilvl :)
@Kirvana2 yeah but if you're not necrolord you can use the alt log out method but it's very tough to pull off right. I'm fine tuning the strat before I post a guide
@Kirvana2 follow up question. I tried the ooze strat and am able to go in without resetting. The problem now is when I come back the add inside finishes his cast still does the one shot mechanic. I got him to around 40% but he's only supposed to be brought to 60. Was i going too fast? How did you avoid his one shot
@adamstratton683 you need more damage. He has to be dps to 10% before stage 2. Use dbm to show you a timer for how long you have. If you get pulled in still you need to use drums and consumables or a better single target spec. Surviving inside is possible if you have a tank specialization
If you're 626 like me, don't worry about the expert ratings. For example on Rygelon, I did 2.2m dps and didnt even need to worry about his orbs, he just died near the end of my lust. I'm sure Arcane Mages could probably do this raid even well below 610 probably

@zachphoenix4522 you should be seeing Massive Bang cast, that's the point where the orb will instant kill you if you do the horizon mechanic correctly. If you get here and you're around say 5% you might need all buffs possible but if it's higher you might need more gear. I still wipe on him weekly cause of rng procs. But use that point of the fight to gadge if you can kill it or not. If you aren't making it that far you need to practice more on the event horizon pools. Need to delay them as long as possible while staying in the phase

Yes you need to go to your faction leader in org or sw and start a quest to go to shadowlands. If you have never done shadowlands I believe you need to do the starting quests. If you have done them, there's an option to skip the intro and you'll unlock the zereth portal as well as all others in oribos

He only spawns immediately on mythic. Any other difficulty you have to kill the big adds that drop a core you need to deposit a few times to get him to spawn

I'm running this right now in 450+ greens on Heroic. I've made it to the 4 prototypes no problem but they aren't dying even with their health at 0%. Not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong 😢 Edit: nvm, I just saw your thing about taking them all down within 20 seconds. Might be too difficult for me in my 450 greens lol.
@tekin7218 yeah you need to make it to 10% to skip you're 7% off. You're using lust with all self buffs like flask and food. You might need a bit more gear but keep trying
Switch to arcane. TOTM is bugged, and it's doing like 100 times more damage for me (around 500-600 mil for me). I delete every single boss in around 20 seconds, and no - I've never played arcane before in my life. It's that easy.
@oblivian12795 man it's rng dependent. I gothim to 15% once and didn't skip and 32 on a different and did. I wish I could tell you what the pre req is. Maybe going too fast is bad but too slow it's also? I just know I push him to 57 before phase 2 starts and burn him without lust and he skips. Keep trying

I don't understand how you can manage to kill Rygelon, even after 11.0.5's nerfs. I'm 611, destro lock, and I just can't deal that much damage in such a short time :/
@feangren this fight was nerfed to not insta kill you anymore. You don't have to do event horizon mechanic now. The orbs do not one shot nor does the massive bang. He will not be targetable for a bit after massive bang but will phase back in around 30 seconds. I did it on my 590 shadow priest with abysmal dps lol
@@MerokoGaming That's weird, because I tried like 1 hour ago and I still took massive damage, couldn't get him down below 70%, and that's with going in the "alternate" dimension by stepping in the quasars after they die :/ There must be something I'm doing wrong I guess.
@feangren i took a big hit from massive bang about 50% of my health but other than that it was smooth sailing. Try again but don't do the horizon mechanic. Stay in the normal phase
@@MerokoGaming Okay I managed to get it down. What was killing me was the dot from the Corrupted Wounds which were hitting for 300k+ every second plus his other stuff. I just priorised the quasars and that made it. Thanks for the advice !
@valon8523 he shouldn't burrow at all. Do you have a pet or something? I did it on hunter and it never happens. It only should happen when he detects a clump of people

@valon8523 oh wait nvm ephemera dust is just a stack you get throughout the fight and you clear it by clumping so you can't clear it. Are you dodging everything else? What ilvl are you? You shouldn't be dying to that unless your dps is seriously low

I see the dmg from ephemera dust and it goes up to 3-4Mil per tick/hit. I've seen all other videos and I don't think I've seen anyone take that much dmg =/
Not all classes are created equal here. I killed Rygolon so easily with my windwalker monk first try. I didnt even know what to do really. With my Priest - who has 10ilvl more - I died like a rat 10 times and gave up.

This fight is buggy as hell. I get him sub 30% way before he casts the mind control and he just doesn't transition. It's like the fight forgets there is another phase.
You can't rush there. He needs to be at 30 before he casts unholy attunement or he won't transition. It's very frustrating cause if you go to fast it won't recognize you phased and wipe. I wiped 14 times this week cause of that. Gotta slow but not go too slow. It's a mess lol
@@MerokoGaming Thanks for the reply. I ended up getting it done by pushing him to 15%(he shielded himself here) before he cast the MC. I tried pausing at 30% and it never seemed to work. Definitely having lust and an on-use trinket helps a lot.

Gear trivializes it. I got to 615 this week thanks to the free nerubar heroic 616 piece for doing 4 random heroics and he fell over with like 10 seconds for me to spare. It definitely gets easier and yeah I do agree it's a Dumbo mechanic lol. Honestly it makes the fight pretty intense to do cause drums are expensive as hell and if you mess up you waste like 2k gold a pull at least that's what they are going for on my server

Dyrring anduin he summons a lich king shadow and i die durring that phase soloed everything else but cant get passed that any tips or just more dmg

@qad358 yeah it gets easier with gear as the guide says. The ratings were based on the minimum ilvl suggested

bro im frost mage idk man, Anduin wrynn is so close i get him on 17% but then the remnant of a fallen king is spawning and im insta dead....

On Xy Mox go in the corner that is the furthest of all 3 platforms and the waves wont even reach you

@711masterp yeah this guide was before they made things way easier but keep your toes on for rygelon.
This fight is buggy as hell. I get him sub 30% way before he casts the mind control and he just doesn't transition. It's like the fight forgets there is another phase.
You can't rush there. He needs to be at 30 before he casts unholy attunement or he won't transition. It's very frustrating cause if you go to fast it won't recognize you phased and wipe. I wiped 14 times this week cause of that. Gotta slow but not go too slow. It's a mess lol
@@MerokoGaming Thanks for the reply. I ended up getting it done by pushing him to 15%(he shielded himself here) before he cast the MC. I tried pausing at 30% and it never seemed to work. Definitely having lust and an on-use trinket helps a lot.
@johnd2946 no problem. I hate that it isn't consistent. I have pushed him to 10% before and he still did the rune mc lmao

@wrighteyehigh179 yeah it's bugged at the moment he destroys. There's a strat I developed in a recent video if you wanna take a look at it. You might be able to get him using it. You take no damage for around 50 seconds with this strat

Gear trivializes it. I got to 615 this week thanks to the free nerubar heroic 616 piece for doing 4 random heroics and he fell over with like 10 seconds for me to spare. It definitely gets easier and yeah I do agree it's a Dumbo mechanic lol. Honestly it makes the fight pretty intense to do cause drums are expensive as hell and if you mess up you waste like 2k gold a pull at least that's what they are going for on my server

@Aiecus-hs9tz you have to do the rune bomb mechanic and drop in the pit. If you don't he knocks you too high and doesn't summon the pillar to hide behind
