First off I own 5 pairs of foam runners, and I just got these Adifom in white, and let me say both are just amazing seriously, the adi i was able to wear all day just like the foam runners.
are they meant to be worn outside?
I love my pair of all blacks. They have a wonderfully distinctive vibe and are also outrageously comfy. Not as squishy as as Zoom X etc, but the total experience of them over the course of the day is magical on foot.

How do they compare to ultra boost?
@@supportyou10 similar softness, but the ultra boost is way more flexible and comfortable. The Adifom is definitely a comfortable shoe, but it’s quite rigid. Maybe one way to think about it is that the ultra boost feels like a running shoe, and the adifom more like a basketball shoe.

@@kvgbui565 the first thing I did was to swap out the lace. For my taste the original are a bit too skinny and “petite”. The shoe has a very wide profile and I think looks better with chunkier laces. I also think the shoe contrasts super well with high socks, like above the calf compression socks etc. I definitely think highlighting its chunkier silhouette by contrasting it with socks or skinny jeans or long harem-style pants that taper narrowly around the calf/ankle sets off the shoe in the best way. Think “tropical goth”, athleisure, techwear.
I went a half size up and they fit great. I love them. Def plan on getting more color ways! I personally don’t care for the “knock off” hype. Just wear what you like and keep it moving lol

“Inspired” and “copied” are two very different things.
These are leaning more towards copied
@@JoshDominic clogs are nothing new, shapes and cutouts are completely different between these and the foam runners. So I’m not sure what was copied, besides maybe the launch color.
Yea ion think these are copied especially if the quake came out in 2001. If anything why is it that no one is saying that Kanye probably took inspiration with the foam rnnrs since they came out 10+ years later lol
@@lamar2658 well the original quakes were proper shoes and the foam runners are clogs. These fom Q’s are a hybrid of sorts. But even if I look at it as just clogs, these are about as similar to the foam runners as the foam runners are to crocs.

People give Kanye too much credit as he mostly signs off designs that others do (ie. Salehe, Nur, Smith)
Yea i think people romanticize the idea of kanye making a shoe, like he is painstakingly sitting there for months designing his shoe from the ground up completely all his own ideas and design. While in reality he probably gives them some weird concept, all the smart people who actually went to school for design probably show him mock ups and ye probably just gives a thumbs up or down

It's easy to say Adidas copied Yeezy, but doesn't Adidas manufacturer Yeezy's just like the Jordan's is manufactured by Nike? If Adidas copied Yeezy, than Yeezy copied the Merrell Hydro Moc which came out a year before the Foam Runner, and the Foam Runner uses the same algie foam and similar look almost as the Hydro Moc....Just saying. But I'm coping a pair of these. Great Review.

The first 10 minutes I was on my college campus, I had someone ask me what my shoes were cuz they really liked em. Mind you I was standing right beside a dude with some 350 belugas, and the person that asked wasn’t a sneakerhead by any means

If you even have slightly wide feet, go a half size up, after two hours with TTS my toes felt like they were being clamped down by both ends. Wide feet should go a full size up. TTS should be for those with narrow feet.

I have the all black colorway(yes I know I’m very late lol), went tts and they’re great…I wear mine to work for 10+ hrs with no issues besides some staring😂😂

Went TTS and now my toes are suffering
I went half size up and it feels a little tight
I've got two pairs of foam runners and I received these last week. They seem to be a little bit difficult to put on because the sock liner keeps slipping down in the heel area. But otherwise, these are very comfortable.
You must have sized it wrong. AdiFom Q are not forgiving in these terms. Unfortunately, they fit really snug in toebox area so if you downsize, these are gonna be too small. Not a shoes for everyone in terms of sizing.

Hi. This is a great review. Cn you help, please: I wear a size 7 in trainers and I don't wear a foam runner but I wanted to ask what size in the Adifoam that would be intact? Should I buy a 7 or go, 7 1/2 for a snug fitting? thanks
I tried these on in store, and the true size was a bit too snug. A half size up seems much better.
I watched blog and YT vod review, most of them recommanded half or 1 size up. I just ordered 8 size (I wear lebron19, pegasus39, most of shoe :7.5size. Uptempo 96 :7size, Airforce 1: 6.5size)

I'd prefer foams only because I love foams for there light weight and ease there's no laces it's a no Brainer literally a slip on which is what I like of I want a sneaker I'd buy one. But there ok looking but not for me.

How are these copies when they literally shaped like the Quakes, and have the same cut outs as the quakes only thing that's the same is that there foams and Yeezy isn't the first to use foam for shoes. Lastly of course adidas was gonna make a foam shoe it's popular and every shie company from cheap shies in Walmart up to designer brands have foams adidas is late to the party.

Better looking and cheaper than anything Yeezy put out. Shows Adidas never needed Yeezy. Looks like Yeezy 'copied' his from prison shower shoes. The Adifoms are a win for me.

I have both pairs white and black. When mixed up with the inside the orange sock in the white shell is a Great looking sneaker. Didn't care for the Yeezys never got them but when I saw these they look way better than foam Runners.. #FUKKAYNE

You even said it yourself at the end of the video , its all just drama. designer brands rip off athletic brands all the time and no one trips so it’s silly to write these off as copies when they really just took inspiration for a popular model and made a completely different shoe with a sock liner and unique shape. Shoe brands keeping up with trends is nothing new. Literally been the status quo for decades z Puma Clyde, Nike blazers and converse pro leathers are all 3 virtually the same shoe. As much as I support the yeezy line his foam inspiration came from Crocs . Nothing new under the Sun. 2001 adidas had the quake out which is shown in ya video. It was inspired by that but the material was different.
Plus if you know sneakers these companies already have a patent on all shoes and apparel.

It actually came from the adidas quake design and not from yeezys. Kanye fanatics always get their feelings tingled when adidas makes foam shoes/slides.
They probably wanted to cut ties with kanye probably because of his logical thinking towards certain people. Just saying. Did not want to be associated with someone who supports that type of behavior
I just dont get this whole adidas taking yeezy designs when adidas have a huge catalog that never released and Kanye just taking pieces from that...unless he literally started from scratch and designed every aspect then he cant claim adidas has stolen anything
These are not in any way "copies" of those hideous foamrunners. And secondly, the only shoes that are named Foams for short are the Air Foamposites so please stop referring to kanyes abominations as Foams and call by their Foamrunner name.
