Thank you Ian ,This tx750A twin ,This would cruise nice i would think .dark green in colour .This is mint Ian ,its a credit to for maintaing all your bikes .😅
How much quicker is this compared to an xs 650. If you have had experience with both bikes by chance. You think putting this in a xs 650 bobber frame possible.
Not sure but they would be a bit quicker , I know back in the 1970's my brother had an XS2 and I'm sure I could out do him and it handled much better and it doesn't vibrate like a XS2 , these are a very smooth running twin, I really like this one.
Bought one view in 1972, a mechanical disaster, Pitmans Yamaha had it stripped down twice under warranty, never did fix oil leaking onto points even with labyrinth seal . Despite all that I still have fond memories of riding
Hi mate, yes I'll agree that the graphics aren't the best, I'd like to change it but as the paint work is original I'm just going to leave it the way it is, it's a great bike to ride through, so smooth for a 750 twin, thanks for your comment 😀
@@yamonda900 You know I got my license on one back in 1975. It belonged to my mate and was a better option for the test than my Royal Enfield 750 Interceptor Stage II! Having e-start and indicators. But that one was beautiful green metallic and gold with the usual Yamaha graphics for the time. The ride was very good.
I was in the Netherlands about 10 days ago, I'm on a World Cruise, we know lots of guys in the Netherlands who have TX750's , we have a Facebook group Group called TX Downunder, check it out.
That’s a beauty with all the improvements the ‘73 model needed. The mufflers look mint and the green paint suits it perfectly.
Thanks, I really like the old TX.

Glad you like it
A very nice machine.
I still some improvement , had some camera issues.
Do you have a mate who owns a 72 Commando,I bought one and mate the XS2,Commando was smooth, back then compared to most.
Like The New intro😆😆😆

No mate, I don't .
Fifty years old eh? Well so is my 1971 BSA A65 FS which looks miles better than this TX. The graphics are horrible.

I have one in the metallic colour also, I'd love to change but I have to leave it original, do you live in Australia?
@@yamonda900 No, Netherlands - Europe. Where those graphics Australia specific?
