You do through stones that extend an inch or two from the wall every 3 to four feet? Or is that strictly drystack? These days, in the USA, there's not much structural walling. That sure looks like a fun project. Btw, my Hwalling hammer came in. I immediately wrapped the handle with Hockey tape. Like... you wrap a coat on it to the top, then twist the tape into a cord, and move your way down the handle, then apply another coat of tape flat. It gives the fingers ergonomic grooves to settle into. When using it, for the first time today,I really wasn't expecting the densess when striking a chisel. Like sledges have done the job fine, but there really is a different feel to this thing. I love how it feels in the hand when in use.
Nice one mate , definitely a good piece of kit to have in the tool bag . This is only a sample panel for a client which will be tossed or rebuilt against an existing structure
