But after seeing this girl take off her makeup, I can see that she looks just as beautiful without her makeup on.

Plus, many Asian countries value the quality of their hair and skin because in older times, they valued a persons status by the quality of their skin and hair. So someone with amazing skin and hair would get more privileges than someone without. hope this clarifies everything!
