I have a Kraftwerks Supercharger on my 2021 KRX 1000eS. Love the added power and I would never go back to N/A on my machine. When people encounter a problem with the system it is because of something that they did wrong during the installation process. Mainly not installing the crankshaft drive mounting bolt correctly. The threads in the end of the crankshaft need to be cleaned free of oil and the mounting bolt which is supplied needs to be cleaned also. Then when the bolt is installed into the crankshaft with 271 Loctite and torqued to the specified value it will not back out unlike if the procedure was not done correctly with clean dry threads. Loctite does not adhere well to oily threads.
Keeping an eye on the supercharger for my krx...just concerned with how it will hold up in the mud pits here in the Midwest. And hoping they make one to account for the alternator kit.
They’re working on something for the alternator kit and they do have a completely sealed cover that goes over the belt, which should help keep out the mud and crap. -Garrett
thanks for sharing....then a yamaha would get close to 170, but no 22% beltdrive loss ! then she would give the hottest ride...doubleclutch and hybrid direct drive will be anyway the future, i think. everything develops but not the belt !
How much HP is that Pro R spitting out with 5psi of boost? I can see Polaris doing that car in a Duners Edition with something like that! Can you say, “SOLD!”! From the factory with it set up to Dune! Come on mfgrs, get with it!
Kraftwerks can’t say exactly on horsepower yet because it’s still getting tested. Hopefully those numbers will release soon when the product goes live. -Garrett
@@duneme I can tell you that it’s insane what 5 pounds actually does to that car! If I was to guess probably in the neighborhood of 300hp to 325. It’s running 225hp already stock. -Garrett
@@DerangedOffRoad Garrett: 300-325 HP SOUNDS AWESOME! That would probably be with pump gas too! I know Evolution PS is in the final stages of their Turbo but, I would love to see that! Places like: Glamis St. Anthony Sand Mountain, NV etc. Are all places a Duners ride like this would be just perfect! Manufacturer’s, if your not working on this, step it up! First one to have one will win all kinds of Sales Records!
does the kit come with injectors

You couldn’t be more correct! -Garrett
nice...but how much more power do they became >>>>>>>>?
Probably looking close to 280 to 300 when it’s all said and done. It’s still being tested it hopefully close.
nice video supercharger kit is tempting for the pro r for sure
Man that thing runs with this setup. -Garrett
Any eta on the R kit ? Hp and pri e point ? Can't wait!
Hopefully soon
Was the motor stock on the xp1000? Or does it need to be built for the supercharger kit?
It’s stock you just buy the kit and throw it on. They will give you a tune file though as well to upload to the machine. -Garrett
@@DerangedOffRoad is it safe to run low boost on stock internals?
I believe that is resolved through the tune itself.
You will need at least a clutch kit . I had it on my 2017 xp 1000
Does it affect the factory warranty?
Oh most definitely. Kawasaki wouldn’t cover anything engine related after you install a super charger
so, about 50% plus, this is act. enough and more simple mecanic put on then a turbo....great !!
It’s a pretty easy at home install. 👍

It appears the supercharger belt is fully exposed on the KRX. How the heck is that gonna hold up submerged in mud sand and whatever else?
It’s actually not, but on their testing cars they have the covers off. It’s fully sealed. -Garrett
They were testing all of the rigs so the cover was off. The kit comes with a sealed belt cover. -Joe
@@DerangedOffRoad ah I gotcha. Perfect then. I wish they made something for the Commander/Maverick platform. Only force makes a turbo at this time.
No Wildcat xx machines out there?
You rarely see a wildcat around here. Definitely not too popular in these parts

Yea, I can really see my idea of a Duner’s edition with a Factory Turbo!
5 psi of boost isn’t much but it increases HP dramatically!
