I have a golden since 2016. I saw him grow and remember how he was as a puppy or an adult. Now he’s an old dog, he’s sick and I can still see when he tries to go out for a walk even when his legs slip sometimes, even though he can’t climb stairs anymore. I try to act tough, but the truth is I’m very worried for him, and I’m worried for the day I won’t have him anymore This song reminds me of him, it’s such a gut punch even though it’s beautiful, I’m an emotional wreck right now
