I think the members who can speak chinese perfectly like Hyoyeon, Yuri, Seohyun leading the chorus too.
1st Chorus : Taeyeon + Seohyun + Yuri
2nd Chorus : Taeyeon + Seohyun + Hyoyeon
3rd Chorus : Seohyun + Yuri + Jessica
Its the same throughout the whole song, its Taeyeon+Seohyun (maybe!? because in Korean Jessica is more clearer but I cant hear her voice here, same with Seohyun in Korean version) and I cannot hear Yuri nor Hyoyeon.

The countdown part was said to be done by an announcer for Blade and Soul and not the girls. It's pretty hard to hear Jessica - even her chest voice - in the countdown, I ran that through an audio editor and it's more of a pitched-up male/very low female voice (given that it sounds more natural and less chipmunk-ish when pitched down several semitones).
But that "Time to blow it up" part, when pitched up, definitely sounds like Jessica (the enunciation + nasal quality of the voice are identical).
The 2nd part of the chorus is led by seohyun

Yes, I think it's the only Chinese song they've ever done, it was for a game OST. It's not on Spotify; but they remade it in Korean, and that version is on Spotify.
