I got two different clippers ( Apex and Mythic) and they both stopped working less than 3 months. I should say that their customer service is great! They immediately responded and were willing to replace the clippers. Anyway, I have switched to Babyliss low pro and it's a reliable clipper. I'm looking forward to this new Whal VAPOR!
I dunno much about barbering but first thing I was taught when I wanted to learn to cut my own is trimmers was for detail work like lineup and clippers was for bulk work. It was made clear they aren’t just interchangeable even though you could cut with 1 tool
That new wahl vapor clipper going to take the crown back.. this is coming from a babyliss fan !!! 8000 rpms 2& half hour of runtime brushless!!! Did i pre-order fing right !!!!
babylisspro golffx fxone , great trimmers , reasonably priced , looks and hits like no others , i am a long time barber i have been using saber , i like it a lot but now fxone gets the 5 star , just the look of this trimmer with the blue battery lights up when you are using it and the way it cuts and hits yes it is fxone number one
Maaan, I’m just looking for a portable trimmer that shaves close AF on lower chin,upper neck area to keep razor bumps ghost! Not a barber and straight edge razor works on face , but not down low . Somebody lead me to promised land . Thanks 👊🏾

🤦🏽♂️When you buy clippers and trimmers, the performance is most important. So just because clippers and trimmers may look the same doesn’t mean it’ll perform the same. It’s like a Nissan may look like an Infiniti but that doesn’t mean an Altima will perform like an Infiniti.
So which one of them (or an alternative) would you recommend for… ahem, the gentle parts of gents? :) Honestly, that’s the only part that I’m constantly struggling to find a good tool for.
Kemei Km-5027 but honestly everything’s gonna bite due to the nature of the skin (loose skin+blade = no no). That trimmer is really gentle and cuts well though
Am i the only one that loves the shape of the gamma boosted trimmer? Its super powerfull. In super thick beard hair it dosen't snag at all.(probably bcz of that xpro blade)
@@nathanguimond79 that’s important that you love the clipper and the shape works for you. All clippers do what it supposed to do at the end of the day you are the one that has to love the ergonomics of the clipper.

Anyone recommend the Flex or Cyborg for ergonomics? I have the Rebel & Saber but i think, for my hands, the slimmer body style would be more comfortable to use for beard & moustache line ups.
@@TH-camBarberAcademy maybe..but its hard to believe that you can be unbiased when you work with Stylecraft/ Gamma and since, every clipper and trimmer wars are them at the top..whereas someone like 360 Jeezy says the wahl hi viz is the best or Get Beamed will say babyliss gold is the best trimmer (both well respected barbers and influencers)..my point is Stylecraft may be the best but coming from you may do more harm than good..cause what are you supposed to say? Anyways have a good one.

I got the flex and I can confirm they hit. Powerful as well. Cyborg was my go to for a long time but my all time favorite is saber
Both my babyliss fxone trimmer and clipper shut off randomly: done with them. Saber trimmer is still the goat for me
