Now, if you don't have a million to buy a house, you might want to look at neighborhoods like Woodland Hills and Lavista Park. I live in Woodland Hills and can see Emory from my back deck.

Hey Scott - that is a great neighborhood - there are still a surprising amount of homes under $400k near Emory. You just have to know where to look!
