i thought hannah and jeff's deaths were painful, but justin's was on another level and just hit different. it broke me to pieces. he honestly deserved better. i thought i was done crying after the hospital and funeral scenes. but when clay read justin's essay about him i broke down again.

To be honest i think Justins Death didnt make sense. It felt like they wanted to end the series with a sad scene. Back then in series 1 they showed Alex and how it went to the suicide attempt. And here in series 4 this death just exists. For me it made no sense. Especially, that i do not think that you die so fast from aids. It all felt so rushed.
i finished the season saturday night and i still get upset when i watch those scenes.

@@infinitymixtapes9562 for some reason Justin's death really didn't hit me, yknow? There were a bunch of other emotional moments in the show for me but Justin's death didn't really effect me, or make me cry. If they did it earlier or made the season longer to show what happened after it probably would've

I’m still VERY sad over Justin’s death. EVERY TIME i’m about to go to sleep i think about his death. i know it’s just a stupid tv show and i shouldn’t care about a characters death THAT much but, i can’t help but think how he was happy dancing with jess before he collapsed. and how he could’ve went to college and been happy. and just 4 seasons of character development. i can’t help but think of him dying in the bed while clay is right there. that hit me the most because i’m sure we weren’t all expecting clay and justin’s friendship and justin getting adopted at all in s2. i just loved justin SOOOOO MUCH and he deserved SOOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!!
omg i feel the same way. i feel like i connected so much to the cast in this show. seeing his character development and how happy he was, it hurt me so much when he died. he was the best character and i cant stop thinking about it.

i've never been so devastated by a series/film death. seeing justin dying in hospital still breaks my hearth every time i see it. he'd gone through so much.

yes me too i feel like they did literally everything to break our sensitive hearts 😭 the way he died, the fact that he was accepted in his college, the letter that clay rode, all the moments at the hospital......I was never done crying they was just adding more and more heartbreaking scenes it was too much for me I can’t get over it even if it’s not real lol 😭😭 poor justy 🥺💔 (sorry for this long text and the eventual mistakes I’m French 😬)

justins death was by far the most painful death in 13 reasons why. my heart hurts for jessica but especially for clay bc they were like brothers, went through so much together and justin will never go to college, marry, have kids or have a future... when he flatlined i got goosebumps and started crying. thinking about that and the scene where clay read justin’s essay i start crying again every time. i don’t think i’ll ever get over this.

His death was the most painful thing I have ever watched. I felt like I was there in that waiting room sobbing. He should not have died that way, or at all for that matter. I just finished the last episode this morning after a week of not watching it. As soon as I pressed resume he died and I was NOT prepared. It should have been Diego or Winston or some other character but not him.

The ending broke my heart. I basically spent the whole first half of the last episode crying, but when they graduated I felt and odd sense peace and relief that their run was over
