When I listen to this song I feel a rush chills all over my body. I battled cancer one day I finally had the energy to get up and go to church. I heard this song I could literally feel a spirit next to me giving me strength to walk and continue to fight my battle.
My aunt died of cancer a few years ago and this song was played at her funeral. She was a strong woman and will be truly missed. She was a beautiful woman of God and I try to walk in her foot steps as a loving woman that brings her family up in God. Every time I hear this song I get a tear in my eye.

Praying in the morning to ask for the strength to stay sober, and thanking Him at night for the success of staying clean is wonderful. All I can say to you is thank you for not giving up on her when i know most parents would have with all that is going on in her life; she needs you in her corner so much more than she knows. I fortunately have a praying mother that has done the very same thing for me when she felt the urge to do so. She has told me on many occasions that the Father told her something was going to happen to me if she didn't step in and she did and with that I'm still here by his mercy, grace and love (most importantly love).

Update tonight from their FB post - 11.29.16 The end of our NICU journey is nearing, but we've had a few minor kinks to work out. There was a very real, tangible probability that Rowan was to be discharged on Monday, but in the wee hours of the morning, she had a spell. Nothing too bad, but it was significant enough that we needed to keep her in NICU a few more days. She had another spell (though much more mild) last night, so we made the decision that I would be here for every feeding, around the clock, for the next couple of days to try and stave off any potential issues that may be cropping up at night. I ask that you continue to pray for my patience. Monday was rough because I was so close to being home with our girl, but after I got over myself, I was back on board with my workin' boots on! I ask that you pray for my sanity as I'll be getting little to no sleep going back and forth to hospital every three hours. Most of all, I ask that you pray for my dear, sweet husband. In my absence over the next couple of days, he's essentially back to being a single dad with Cannon. I know these sacrifices are small when we look at the big picture, but they're tough now. Rowan was able to go home for a couple weeks after Thanksgiving, but developed a lung infection several days ago so is back in the hospital. She has been very sick and struggling. Today she improved and the doctors found she has problems with her adrenal gland so are going to treat that also. She's doing better, but still a very sick baby. All I can say to you is thank you for not giving up on her when i know most parents would have with all that is going on in her life; she needs you in her corner so much more than she knows. I fortunately have a praying mother that has done the very same thing for me when she felt the urge to do so. She has told me on many occasions that the Father told her something was going to happen to me if she didn't step in and she did and with that I'm still here by his mercy, grace and love (most importantly love).

The end of our NICU journey is nearing, but we've had a few minor kinks to work out. There was a very real, tangible probability that Rowan was to be discharged on Monday, but in the wee hours of the morning, she had a spell. Nothing too bad, but it was significant enough that we needed to keep her in NICU a few more days. She had another spell (though much more mild) last night, so we made the decision that I would be here for every feeding, around the clock, for the next couple of days to try and stave off any potential issues that may be cropping up at night.
I ask that you continue to pray for my patience. Monday was rough because I was so close to being home with our girl, but after I got over myself, I was back on board with my workin' boots on! I ask that you pray for my sanity as I'll be getting little to no sleep going back and forth to hospital every three hours. Most of all, I ask that you pray for my dear, sweet husband. In my absence over the next couple of days, he's essentially back to being a single dad with Cannon. I know these sacrifices are small when we look at the big picture, but they're tough now. I also know that with the gift of God's strength, we've so got this!

Rowan was able to go home for a couple weeks after Thanksgiving, but developed a lung infection several days ago so is back in the hospital. She has been very sick and struggling. Today she improved and the doctors found she has problems with her adrenal gland so are going to treat that also. She's doing better, but still a very sick baby.
