Si Regine was the best representative of OPM in the 80s-90s and I think she passed the baton to Sarah. I feel she is what OPM is. Some singers are better than her but Sarah has been so good for so long. Longevity palang talo na iba. I'm writing this in 2020 and I think it's still a Sarah Geronimo year. Peter Pan Yes, that's what I think too! Genius talaga yung composer. The lyrics really give an explosive factor sa song na to. Lyrics, arrangement and rhythm. It's soooo good that I almost pity the people from other nationalities who couldn't understand the lyrics. Yung lyrics mismo nagdadala ng rhythm, and the words click together, they make sense despite rhyming wonderfully. Gosh, parang spoken word feels. So artful and on point. The composer is really a genius!
